Ben is an Associate Athletic Director at USMA; I am a guest Service Representative at the Holiday Inn Express in Fort Montgomery. Ben has lived at West Point for most of his life- his dad was a (R) MSGT stationed here before he retired and set down roots in this area. We are committed to our community and feel so blessed to live by and work for USMA! We have two large dogs..Jasper & Emmett..you'll see them, but we try to minimize contact for Guest comfort. You will have your own entrance to gain access to your section and the dogs will have theirs!..lol.. If you have any further questions, please e-mail me and I will do my best to answer them for you. We sincerely hope to provide you with an 'at-home' location that you will return to again and again during the 4 years that your child will be here, at West Point. That's our goal and we hope to have you as Guests!!
This place is the perfect place to stay for West Point families! It's close to post! Immaculate! Decorated in a West Point theme! We love it here! The owners, Ben and Mary, are very gracious and awesome hosts! The apartment is stocked with everything you need for your stay! Description is completely accurate..right down to Jasper and Emmett! The only word to describe the rental and our stays there....PERFECTION!!!
Thoroughly enjoyed my extended stay (2 months) in this apartment. It had a bedroom, additional sleeping options available (day bed), full bathroom, full kitchen, pantry, living room and dining room. Plenty of closet space and washer and dryer usage. Landlords (Mary and Ben) were wonderful and were always asking if I needed anything. Definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in the West Point area for an extended weekend or longer!
We love staying at this rental. It is like a home away from home! Very clean and well maintained. Would recommend to anyone.
I would recommend Ben and Mary's place to anyone that needs a place to stay at West Point. We will be returning in October for USMAPS parents weekend and are excited. Our cadet also looks forward to being able to be in a home situation instead of just a room. That only problem that I have is that all the weekends that I want to return for football games are not available. Wish I knew dates for next year so I could block them out now.
Mary and Ben made us feel so welcome. We were back and forth to West Point for several West Point baseball games. So convenient! And to have a full kitchen available was wonderful. Great location, great hosts, and very comfortable!
The location and the rooms are perfect for anyone visiting West Point. It was more like staying in a friends or cousin's house than like staying in a hotel. We very comfortably slept two in one room, two in another and one in the master bedroom. It was all very private and comfortable with lots of unique West Point decorations. I will probably visit West Point again on an off-football weekend just so I can show the place to my daughters that were not with me the weekend I stayed there.
