A beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Apartment set within a secure gated complex.

Apartment 12 Trafalgar is a modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment set just 300 meters from the retail & business center of Nelson City. Adjacent to Trafalgar Park and a 10 minute walk to the Trafalgar Center. Facing North, the Apartment captures all day sun thereby ensuring you are always warm and comfortable.

Set within a secure gated complex this apartment is a warm and secure haven for you whilst you visit our region. A double locked garage offers extra security for your vehicle/s

There are 2 bedrooms each with their own en suites. Both ensuites have a shower with a shower dome & heated towel rails.

The downstairs bedroom offers the option of a king bed or twin singles, ( If you require the twin option this must be requested at the time of booking.)

All the necessary amenities are provided.Heating, linen, bathroom towels, kitchen towels/utensils, even a laundry with washing machine & dryer.

The complex has a solar heated swimming pool (open October - April), tennis court & a gym.

WiFi is available for guests staying in Apartment 12.

Check in and key collection is from the Boutique Motel. 7 Bail Street, Stoke, Nelson. 0064 03 5471439.

Check in time is from 3pm and check out time is a strict 10am or earlier. This enables cleaning staff to have time to ensure the Apartment is ready and available for incoming guests.

Apartment 12 is located within the central business and retail area of Nelson City.

Just a few metres over the Maitai River bridge, this Nelson Apartment is opposite Trafalgar Park and within a very easy walk of supermarkets, restaurants, bars, local parks, art galleries,the local movie theatre, shops & takeway outlets. All that the avid tourist seeks whilst on holiday. The local I Site building is a mere 2 minute walk from the front gate so gathering information about our fabulous region will be easy.

A short drive away you will find Tahunanui Beach and Rabbit Island , both wonderful swimming beaches. An hours drive further to the West is our famous Abel Tasman National Park. Here you are able to go tramping, ride the Water Taxis, swim at Kaiteriteri Beach, swim with the seals or just laze and take in the fabulous scenery.

Nelson has many wineries/vineyards in the district. This region has a reputation for growing wonderful grapes and for producing great wines. Guided tours of the wineries are a good way to while away a morning, an afternoon or if you fancy it the whole day. Many tour operators will pick you up from and drop you off at your accommodation.

Notes Apartment 12 Cancellation Policy & Payment Schedule:The 1st nights stay must be paid when the Apartment is booked and the booking confirmed. Your credit card is held on file as your bond during your stay in the Apartment .
30 days notice is required for all cancellations. Your deposit is non refundable.
For stays of 3 days or less a $50.00 exit cleaning fee is applicable.

  • The upstairs bathroom is the larger of the two. Both have showers each of which has been fitted with a shower dome. Heated towel rails, mirrors, shaving points & hair dryers. The downstairs bathroom is located across the hallway from the bedroom.

  • The two bedrooms both have King sized beds. The downstairs bed can be split into twin beds. This option is only available if requested at the time you book your accommodation.This bedroom also has a 32' LCD TV and has glass sliding doors which lead onto the outdoor patio area. Both beds have cotton linen needed during our hot summers. Duvets, extra blankets, comfortable pillows and for our colder winter and autumn months the beds have fitted electric blankets. Each room has a double wardrobe with coat hangers for clothing. Bedside tables and bedside lamps complement each rooms decor. Radios for those who enjoy listening to these are in each room. For a 5th guest we provide a roll away bed.

Within the complex there is a communal BBQ for guests to use. Tennis racquets and tennis balls are provided. On the upstairs balcony there is an outdoor table with 2 chairs and on the patio downstairs there is an outdoor setting with a large table, 4 chairs and a sun umbrella.
