Sunset Crest Vacation Rental villa

We were able to arrange transport to the villa via Tricia which was there when we arrived. Tricia was also at the villa upon our arrival. The shops and beaches were all a short walk away. The Villa was very clean and great value for money, in fact it looks much better in real life than in the photos! The villa had all the essentials required. It was also a blessing that air con was in the living room and bedrooms,as the tempertaure was 31 degrees when we arrived!. We greatly enjoyed our first time in Barbados. We would certainly recommend the villa to people wanting to stay in the popular area of St.James within easy acces to the beautiful white beaches..

After reading the reviews which have already been expressed by other guests of this villa I can only agree with all the positive reviews, I do believe I can offer some more information which may help any traveller who likes to travel on your own like me!

I wanted a villa which was in the hub of one of the most prestigious parishes of Barbados which this Villa most certainly is, I wanted a villa which offered all the comforts of a home but with the feeling that you had something special, which this villa does, whether its the positioning of the villa itself or the welcome you get from the landlords I cannot fault this villa or its management in anyway.

I am a beach worshipper which meant I was instantly on the look out for a local beach with breathtaking views, within a 5 minute walk from this villa you can arrive at the beach which resides outside the prestigious Sandy Lane Hotel, it offers peace and tranquility with the added bonus of the odd celebrity or two!! There are other wonderful beaches all within a 10 min journey, whether you travel up or down the coast! What I loved the most about my days was the ability to leave the beach when I wanted the comfort of the villa only to find myself sunbathing on the well furnished decking area privately positioned directly outside the villa, either reading a book or listening to music - you do not get this type of privacy in a hotel, it was wonderful!

Shops are within a few minutes, every morning I would have a freshly made coffee and read the paper or grab breakfast, all of which is very reasonable in price!

As an independant traveller I wanted to be safe which is one thing all travellers want, the area is very well lit aswell as being manned by local security guards and police - I would recommend the safety of this area to all travellers alike.

The managment of the villa is very well communicated supported by an excellent cleaning regime. There is helpful local and Island information readily available from the landlords with useful numbers provided. Any questions I did have were easily answered and help always offered.

I would not hesitate in recommending this villa and am planning my next trip already!!
