House, 4 Bedrooms + Loft + Office, 3.5 Baths (Sleeps 8-12)

This beautiful home was built in 2008 and is beautifully decorated with unbelievable views of the water.

There are 2 master suites with king beds (1 on 1st floor, 1 on 2nd); a room with two twin beds, one with a queen, and an upstairs loft/study with a queen size pullout couch, and an adjacent loft with a queen size Aero bed.

The kitchen is huge and perfect for fixing gourmet meals while looking out towards the water. The main living space flows from the kitchen, to the dining area, to the great room and entrance.

The great room has a double height ceiling and an incredible folding door that opens up to the outside with a 15 foot wide opening. Beautiful!

The large pool in the backyard has a vanishing edge and looks out towards Elizabeth Harbor and Crab Cay.

The house manager is also a licensed captain and is available to take you boating, fishing and snorkeling. There is also a full-service scuba shop within February Point Resort Estates to take you diving.

We had a great stay here for a wedding on the island. The house was perfectly set up for families or several couples (we all left our kids home for a change). The finishes were all of the highest quality and very well thought out. The pool and the dock were great amenities and added to our enjoyment of the property. Highly recommend getting a boat from Minns for your stay. The house manager, Evvie, could not have been more helpful and the owner was responsive to all our questions/requests prior to arrival. This all served to make it very simple and stressless (including a prompt return of the deposit). This is the house to rent in February Point!

We recently visited Starfish with our kids and extended family. We could not have had a better experience. Starfish is very well appointed and makes for a perfect setting for enjoying time with the family both indoors and out. The pool is a great bonus for the house. We will certainly return to this home(hopefully sooner rather than later).

The Starfish was wonderful! I could not ask for any thing better. Everything we needed was available. Very clean, kitchen fully furnished with everything you need. Walking distance to Georgetown for nice restaurants. The photos on VRBO were good, but the property is MUCH better in person!

Evvie, house manager, was most helpful to arrange activities for us. Clifford, our taxi driver, we fell in love with him. He was super! Always available, even when we got him up from a Sunday afternoon nap!
The home was tastefully decorated and very relaxing! Absolutely beautiful home with unbelievable views in all directions. The water was an unreal blue green color like none other. And we had a beautiful full moon as well.
We did not want to leave! I would absolutely recommend the Starfish to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation! great get away!

Amazing family holiday in luxurious accommodations

In March 2010, we had the pleasure of staying in Tim Grant's fantastic family home in February Point Resort. We had heard the resort was wonderful and saw from the photos that everything looked to be just terrific but, I have to say, this home exceeded our expectations big time! We were 10 people (two families of five) and there was plenty of room for us all! (It was great to have 2 master bedrooms so neither couple could be bitter about getting the short end of the stick!) The house is well stocked with top quality bed-linens, towels, and kitchen equipment. The living rooms doors cascade open onto the private pool overlooking the exquisite turquoise Exuma water. I would highly recommend a day out on the Grants boat as well as renting a car to take full advantage of what the island has to offer. We literally explored every beach! Don't miss Stocking Island, Sandollar Beach or Tropic of Cancer Beach! If the fish boat is in port, definitely stop in to buy the fresh catch if the day.
