Only minutes from downtown San Miguel, the house is located in the Ventanas de San Miguel Golf Club with fantastic views of town; quiet and away from noise and traffic, this house has the option to be rented as a whole or in parts but keep in mind that we do not rent to more than one traveler at a time, you will not be sharing the house with other travelers if you choose to rent only a portion, depending on your needs and budget. A total of 3 bedrooms. 4-1/2 bathrooms, plus den/studio that can sleep 2 people in sofas, with ample terraces on each level with BBQ/sink/refrigerator area on each terrace; the second floor can be a separate unit with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living/dining and studio, large beautiful terrace and two balconies with spectacular views. There is also an additional bachelor/studio that can be rented on its own with kitchenette, living/dining area and en suite bathroom.
The third floor boasts a spectacular terrace complete with a covered living/sitting area with fireplace, cooking area with BBQ, sink and refrigerator, hot tub, full bathroom and lots of space to have a nice reunion or simply relax, read, take the sun or meditate.
Fully furnished and tastefully decorated, equipped with satellite TV and Internet access. Maid and cook service are also available. You can have your clothes washed and ironed, the house is cleaned every day, and meals cooked including shopping for the food. We can suggest menus or you can choose your own. Ideal for people who wish all conveniences of pampered living so they can fully enjoy a trouble free stay. If you are not renting the entire house you can opt not to have cleaning or cooking services on a daily basis or not at all.
The house is very private and full of carefully designed spaces and opportunities to relax or have fun.
