Sebgao Basin Waterfront

Lady Pepperill lodge was just I needed! Idealistic summer lakefront camp on one of Maine's largest lakes. Ideal to kick back and relax while watching amazing sunsets, or getting active to ski/tube/swim in the calmer part of the lake, called the Basin, where this camp sits perfectly. You can't get any closer to the water and have your own private long dock where you can jump off and swim or tie off your boat. All updated feel and look inside. Spacious with high vaulted ceilings but not losing a camp feel at all. TV(if you need), internet, 3BR and front screened in porch would I would rent in and of itself. Also two amazing association beaches that are included in your stay. A very helpful and attentive property manager only a call way. Lastly and probably best, is that while you are on a dirt road, on the quiet lakefront surrounded by woods, water and other camps...just 3 minutes drive (or a 10 min walk) you are in town with all the amenities you could think of. I often biked to pick up milk, ice, and well...more beer. No doubt you will enjoy you stay, as I will again when I return.
In short... A great waterfront camp, updated/refurbished, with easy access to town that is sure to reward your vacation and relaxing time.
Pros: Waterfront, Dock, Beaches, sunset views, porch, updated/refurbished
Cons: only 1 Bath, no lawn/fire-pit area, neighbors (some)
