Chill Out Villa is comfortably decorated and is situated in Vila Bicuda’s resort which has a privileged location at Cascais/Sintra park and links to Quinta da Marinha.

The Villa has three large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a 42m living room. One double suite ( 2) with a balcony, and one double suite on the first floor (2). Downstairs one double bedroom ( 2), a social bathroom and living room. It has also porch furnished with table and chairs for alfresco meals and breakfast ( 6) and sun bed to rest and appreciate the sunset.

This resort is unique due to the facilities available like: restaurant, delicious coffee-shop,laundry,hairdresser,24h security guard, playground,2 beautiful swimming pools, newstand,, atm machine, and nearby is the well known Quinta da Marinha Golf Resort,with horse riding center and a sophisticated 'health & racquet club' with spa and a large car parking

Many Events in Cascais 2013; Tennis, Sailing; Jazz, Equestrian events and many others..

Master bedroom (suite) with a large bed and a balcony.

Clean linen change each subsequent week of rental.

Rental includes broadband wireless internet connection.

6 Beach towels provided and included in the price.

Cot and highchair and linen provided. No extra cost, just ask.

Final cleaning fee 80€

Please arrive after 13am on arrival day and leave until 10 am on departure day. (Flexible depending on other bookings).

Rental minimum period is 7 nights ( one week)

If you book one month prior to arrival you have to pay the full rental amount

Chill Out Villa is located in a luxury resort near golf course Quinta Marinha in Cascais. All the facilities inside the resort restaurant,coffee-shop,laundry,2 swimming pool,hairdresser,24h security etc. Cascais hosted several international wellknown sports events like:

Nearby: Tennis - Estoril/Marinha health and racket club, horse riding events, 5 golf courses. Also nearby there are delightful beaches: Guincho, Cascais, Carcavelos. Excellent facilities for almost every water sports, like : sailing ( Cascais Marina), windsurfing in Guincho, bodyboarding, diving (scuba and snorkelling), water Skiing ( Cascais Sailing Club) and several others.

Also try the restaurants along the Guincho Road. Most of them include a huge variety of fish and seafood dishes. There is salt-cod (bacalhau), prepared in many ways. Some that stand out are Faroleiro, Monte Mar (high price, but great food and dashing atmosphere), or a quick meal near the beach ( Bar do Guincho) . The best red wines, will be available in most restaurants. There is a vast choice of restaurants (from sophisticated ones to basics) and price vary enormously.

Cascais has several cultural places like the Condes Castro Guimaraes Museum, forts.

    The rates shown are for 6 persons.

    For a group of 4 persons all the rates get lower 100€ less per week.

    To confirm bookings you can pay 50% either by bank transfer or credit card ( paypal). The balance can be paid in cash on arrival. The only extra fee is final cleaning - 80€

    Long Term lets are welcome please ask for more information!

Fantastic Holiday Loaction and VIlla

We stayed here for just over a week last September. Would highly recomend the Villa as a base to stay in and around lovely Cascais. The Villa is very well equipped and spacious. Within the resort is a communal pool which is great for the kids and a nice cafe area which is good for lunch. Property owner met us on arrival and pretty much left us to it, very chilled out and relaxed.

At the rate charged the villa is great value and we are planning to go back this year again, cannot recomend highly enough villa, resort and the Cascais area in general, particualrly good for those with young kids and a great area to travel around. Food on local supermarkets and restaurants etc is well worth it too as we mixed eating out at lunch and cooking or bbq at home in evening time with nice glass of local wine.
