One of a kind classic ranch home with chic modern updates. One passes through secure gated entry to find a lush compound with mature trees, beautiful landscaping surrounding a rock lined pool and jacuzzi. Open floor plan with indoor / outdoor living and multiple lounging areas. The home is filled with curated modern art and furnishings. Colors and textures everywhere. Cooks kitchen with all top of the line appliances. 6 burner viking stove, sub zero. Complete outdoor kitchen with two outdoor gas grills. Sexy master bedroom with en suite bath complete with steam shower and large concrete tub. Additional bedrooms have full size beds with new tempurpedic mattresses. All bedrooms have top of the line high thread count white sheets. All bedrooms have flat screen tv's with cable boxes. There are new white towels in all baths. There is a large media room, office and high speed internet throughout the house. There is also a screening lounge with a large screen and projector. Across the gardens and pool is a private guest suite. There is also a teak outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the private little dume beach. Stand up paddle boards , surfboards and bikes are included!

Point dume is an exclusive enclave that offers country and beach life. Point dume offers some of the best surfing and sits on a marine life protected area and magnificent headlands park. Hiking trails are nearby. The market and fantastic restaurants are a bike ride away. Private chef , masseuse and other personal services can be arranged.
