The home is located in a secluded 13 unit complex with a private two car garage below the unit. The main living area is washed in beautiful dark wood floors and warm welcoming tones. A flat screen TV and fireplace make this area an inviting focal point of the home, opening up to a private outdoor patio for outdoor dining. Five star luxury in Santa Barbara

This is a fabulous condo for visitors who want to experience Santa Barbara. The location is bike-able (though not walk-able) to all the state-street restaurants and theatres. The interior design and amenities of the condo are first class: fireplace, built-in wine-fridge; french-press coffee maker, subzero fridge.... two patios.... wonderful beds, linens, wifi, TV channels - I stayed a month and would highly recommend
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
