Fabulous, antique apartment refurbished with exquisite taste for your stays in Barcelona in an incomparable environment.

Our flat have been recently selected in the Home Away ‘Top 10 chic city pads’

Due to the adjacent situation of the rooms, the apartment is ideal for stays of families with children.

1500 square feet (140 square meters), three balconies, air-conditioned apartment situated in the heart of Barcelona (two minutes walking from Plaza Catalunya and Ramblas).

Three bedroom, one with double-size bed, one double-size room with twin beds, and a suite with twin beds and a coach (all single beds are convertible allowing them to adapt to one double-size bed or two separates singles).

Two bathrooms and one powder room.

Complete kitchen: stainless steel dishwasher (BOSCH), stainless steel refrigerator (LIEBHERR), food mixer, stainless steel microwave oven, toaster, coffee pot, kettle, and cooking utensils and containers.

Dining room with a two-and-one-half meter table which can seat eight people quite comfortably next to the kitchen.

Living room with TV, DVD, Air Conditioning.

The apartment also has a washing machine and tumble dryer (AEG) and an ironing board with iron.

Beautiful Apartment, Perfect Location

My wife and I, our two boys, and my wife's sister and her husband spent a week at this apartment. It was as advertised in the listing, and it was perfect for us. The owner was fantastic to work with, very accommodating, and went out of his way for us. Just a perfect gentleman with great follow-through. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and has everything you need. It has a well appointed kitchen, the living area is comfortable with a large Samsung HD TV, and it also has a washer and dryer. It is one block from Las Ramblas, and a very short walk to the Metro. There is a great vegetarian restaurant, Teresa Carles, right across the street that we unfortunately only ate at once. There is a Starbucks a block away, great bakeries within a stone's throw of each other, even a small supermarket within 10 steps of the apartment building. Can not recommend this apartment highly enough.

The property was excellent, it had everything you could possibly need, even hairdryers. We found the apartment in a great position for sightseeing, meals out and just generally relaxing. The pictures of the apartment do not do it justice, but this is usually the case. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The owner met us there on our arrival from the airport, he showed us around and answered any questions we had. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking to be based close to Las Ramblas, shops and their are two great restaurants across the road one of which is vegetarian which is also great for breakfast or brunch.

This is a great apt. and has been nicely remodeled. The beds were very comfortable. It is a great location in the city. It was clean and well-maintained. They had nice towels, and soap for bathroom/showers. It is a very spacious place. The renting process was very easy with the owner.

The location of this apartment is amazing, one block from Place Catalyna and Las Rambas. We stayed for a week in Barcelona in December enjoying the fabulous Christmas Market and Street lights.
The apartment is very clean and well stocked with everything you would need. Valentin was a very hospitable host and was available to check us in and go over everything in the apartment. One member of our party arrived a couple of days after us and had to arrange for valentin to let her into the apartment. The charge was 60 Euros which we thought was a bit high, in hindsight we should have asked about this prior to booking.
The apartment is very spacious. The elevator was a bit confusing because it served two seperate sides of the building.
There is a great vegetarian restaurant right across the street and many small stores selling wine, bread and groceries within a block or two.
There were no surprises, the apartment was exactly as stated on the VRBO website.
If you are headed to Barcelona this apartment has both comfort and style, you feel like a you are truly
living as a part of this great city.
