Charming Southern Beach Home with amenities for all age groups. Our family hopes you will find the home to meet all of your needs and we hope you have a wonderful stay on Isle of Palms, in Charleston, SC!

Bedroom Breakdown:

1st Floor: One bedroom with King bed. 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. These two rooms share a connected bathroom which is between the two rooms.

2nd Floor has a total of 3 bedrooms. The first is the Master bedroom has a King bed, porch access, and a large bathroom with shower and separate jacuzzi bath tub. The next bedroom has 2 double beds with a private bathroom. The last bedroom on this level has a Queen bed and private bathroom.

All bedrooms have windows and plenty of natural light, ceiling fans, comfortable mattresses, and at least 300 thread count linens.

Decks/Porches:

The main and second floor both feature large front porches spanning the width of the house. The main floor porch has an outdoor sofa, several large cushioned chairs, rocking chairs and tables. The second floor deck is partially screened with a hammock, rocking chairs, and views of the marsh and inter-coastal. There is also a rooftop widows with great views of the inter-coastal

Living Areas:

Both floors are designed around large, open living areas. Excluding guestrooms the entire main floor is a very large kitchen and living room. The kitchen has new appliances, granite counter tops, a large dining table, and an island with seating. The second floor features another large living room with wide leather sofas(1 pulls out). Both living areas have plenty of windows, porch access, flat screen t.v.'s, seating and fireplaces.

Extras:

Because our house is not on the beach we provide a golf cart to make the short trip to the water(2 minutes) as convenient as possible. We also have two kayaks, and miscellaneous beach chairs, games, umbrellas, etc. There is a gas grill near pool. Propane tanks are available at the Wild Dunes Marina one block away.

This house is comfortably furnished and tastefully designed to entertain large groups of friends and family in an easy setting with plenty of privacy without sacrificing proximity to the beach, marina, and restaurants and bars of front beach. Starter Pack of toilet paper and paper towel supplied. You will still need to purchase toilet paper & paper towels, but at least you can get settled in first.

On the 2nd floor are Two double beds in front bedroom and has private bathroom, 2nd floor also has a Queen bedroom with a crib and also has private attached bathroom. Master Bedroom located on 2nd floor has a King bed and has large private bathroom and walk in closet. Bathroom toilet has a privacy door as well. One Pack-n-Play which can be used like a crib for small child. All bedrooms have new flat screen tvs, plus both Living Rooms have large flat screen tvs in them. Great house for a big crowd

Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to enjoy a long weekend or family vacation. Perfect for our group of three families with 4 kids! Lots of space for large gatherings and perfect layout for privacy if you need it. Can't wait to stay again.

This house was perfect for our family gathering! We converged from all over the state to celebrate our mother's 80th birthday there just recently. It is in a great location and has a nice view of the marsh on the upper floors. We loved the layout of the rooms - everyone had privacy if they wanted it, but we could all gather in several locations. The beds were comfy and the house was nice and clean! I would recommend this rental to anyone and hope to return again!

We cannot say enough about your lovely home which truly lives up to its name as a 'relaxing house'. We recently hosted our out of town relatives for our son's Citadel graduation and were all so comfortable in every sense of the word. It is delightfully furnished and completely well-stocked in the kitchen area and plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The views are great, the upstairs and downstairs sitting and reading areas areas are cozy and the beds luxurious. The location is great in a nice quiet neighborhood yet close enough to the beach and marina. We loved taking turns on the enclosed hammock and really enjoyed the rocking chairs on the front porch. My family wants to return for another reunion! Thank you for sharing your home with us!
