This spectacular 2 bedroom 2 bathroom single-story contemporary condominium in this very popular gated country club community offers a luxurious resort lifestyle complete with a beautiful 27 hole golf course and 6 lighted tennis courts.

Completely redone in late 2011, this bright, spacious and open plan home is immediately adjacent to a very quiet pool and spa (it's almost like having your own private pool!). No detail has been spared in this highly upgraded and stylish restoration - new marble bathrooms, gourmet kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and wine fridge, designer furnishings, flat screen TVs and blue-ray DVD players in bedrooms and living room, designer lighting, custom drapes, new luxurious beds, linens and top-of-the-line equipment throughout.

The master bedroom features a luxurious pillow-top king size bed, cathedral ceiling, en-suite bathroom with double sinks, tub and shower, 40' flat-screen TV with DVD player and oversized closets.

The second bedroom features two twin-size beds which can be converted to a king-size upon request, an en-suite bathroom with marble shower, a large walk-in closet, and a 40' flat screen TV and DVD player.

Other features include high speed WI-FI network, cable with HBO, an oversized 2 car garage with new laundry and 2 private patios with gas barbeque.

My wife and I just returned home and didn't want to leave. The accommodations are exactly as they appear in the pictures and then some. Spacious, comfortable, and immaculate, with all the amenities of home. The beds/linens were extremely comfortable. High-end appliances with beautiful pots/pants, etc. As first time visitors to Palm Springs, we're hooked and will most definitely return and only hope this condo will be available. Centrally located, the condo is only a short drive to all the most popular places. The golf course in the country club is only a short walk away and was very reasonable. The pool and hot tub were well maintained, only steps outside the back door and we practically had both to ourselves. Peter was extremely helpful and responsive to our needs. As first time renters, we'll never go back to hotels again. A wonderful experience.

My family and I have just returned from an amazing stay at this property, we did not want to leave. This condo is bright, beautiful, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and as nice as the pictures are the real thing is even better. We found the unit to be clean, large, and very well equipped. The grounds were well maintained, and the pools clean and usually empty. There are plenty of free oranges and grapefruit from the surrounding fruit trees and humming birds visited us every morning on the patio. The owner Peter was friendly and helpful. We would defiantly stay here again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Wonderful place.

The condo is as nice as it appears in the pictures. It is clean, spacious, and lots of bright light with plenty of windows and lighting fixtures. The kitchen is better supplied than other rentals we've had. The golf course is within walking distance and the gated community itself is rather central to all the surrounding communities. The pool is immediately behind the patio and it was rarely used by others so it was like we had a private pool! The grounds, including the pool, were well maintained. A beautiful and comfortable place to spend a vacation.

The accomodations were exactly how the pictures show. This condo is fully equipped for a full working kitchen and plenty of linens,bedding. BBq on the front patio. The place was very clean with tastefully modern decor and our host was most accessible and accomodating. Thank you Peter! All appliances top of the line, laundry conveniently located off the kitchen in garage. We were able to walk to the country club, a very short distance away. The pool out our back deck was not heated, however, there was a heated one around the corner. The HOA rotate pools to be heated? Both hot tubs were awesome! At this time of year, not a lot of people around so was very quiet. Because of the proximity to the golf course we would definitely stay here again! Of course the weather was very co-operative!

A perfect honeymoon!

We stayed at this beautiful condo for 10 days for our honeymoon. We booked it on the basis of the photographs on the website and were not disappointed. The condo is gorgeous, in a great location, beautifully decorated with everything you could want including a well equipped kitchen, flat screen tvs and very comfortable beds. We loved the wine fridge and icemaker too. The pool is right outside your door and we were the only ones who used it so it was like having your own pool. The owner Peter was also very friendly and helpful and dealt with any queries straight away. We arrived at midnight as we flew from Scotland and Peter could not have been more accomodating, meeting us at the condo and showing us around. The weather in palm springs is perfect and we enjoyed many of the local restaurants and attractions. We would recommend the tramway and Elvis's honeymoon hideaway as must sees. We would not hesitate to book this accomodation again and cannot wait for our next trip!
