This one bedroom/one bath condo located on a great 2nd floor location in one of Montreal's premier neighborhoods is close to everything !!! No car needed as you are just 2 city blocks away from the metro stop beaudry and surrounded by great restaurants and clubs. Condo features a nice cozy bedroom with queen size bed. Nice patios ,both street view (front) and parking lot (rear) views. Condo also has a nice daybed for an additional sleeping space. Full washer /dryer and beautiful fully stocked kitchen. Nice decor and hardwood flooring also compliment this home. Great grocery store and gym just blocks away! This home will serve as a perfect 'base' as you explore the great city of Montreal!
