The relaxed atmosphere of this home’s open floor plan makes you feel comfortable the moment you enter. Plus it allows for easy conversation from multiple areas and plenty of natural light. The living area has a cozy furniture, wood-burning fireplace, and entertainment center. Just beyond is the dining area with a table that accommodates six (6). There are two (2) additional seats at the kitchen bar area. The main floor kitchen is fully equipped.
There are two (2) bedrooms on this floor that share a deck area. One of the bedrooms has a single Queen bed and the other has two (2) Full beds. This level also has a full bath.
The lower level boasts a living area (complete with wood-burning fireplace and television) and kitchenette (no stove). The dining area seats six (6). The lower level bedroom has a Queen bed and bunk beds. A sliding glass door leads to the lower level deck. The spacious bath on this level has a large vanity, double shower, and jetted bathtub.
In the loft area is ample comfortable seating and a small desk. One of the sofas converts to a sleeper. From this area you reach the upper level bedroom with King bed, entertainment center, and private balcony.
Guests of this home also have access to the Rumbling Bald amenities: indoor pool, outdoor pool, relaxing pool (wave-type pool), fitness center, spa, beach on Lake Lure, video rental, two (2) restaurants, two (2) 18-hole championship golf courses, a putt-putt course, tennis courts, and much more. Cancellation / Transfer Policy:
If a confirmed reservation is cancelled or transferred, a processing fee of $50.00 and the $20.00 Reservation Fee plus applicable North Carolina State Sales Tax will be charged against the Advance Confirmation Deposit. If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to arrival, all funds received will be forfeited, unless the property can be re-rented for the cancelled period for the full rent amount. Please allow 30 days from the date we receive your cancellation notice for any of the Advance Confirmation Deposit to be returned (applicable only if the unit was re-rented).
