You will be greeted by the idyllic Florida sunshine in every room. This house is bright and beautiful with large windows and skylights. When you enter the front door you will be welcomed by the astonishing view of the golf course. The large living room, with white Natuzzi leather couches, will entice you to relax but the golf view and heated in ground pool will pull you outdoors.

The master bedroom with a king-size bed and leather chairs has an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closets. The other two bedrooms both have queen-size beds and access to a 3-piece bathroom with bathtub. The third bedroom provides access to a tranquil inner courtyard.

When you walk past the living room, you come upon a family room with an adjoining dining room offering seating for 6 people. The dining room flows into a large bright renovated kitchen with white marble floors and seating area for 4 people. For guests' convenience, the kitchen is fully equipped. Linens, towels, bathroom amenities and laundry supplies are provided.

The entire wall of the family room and dining room are made of sliding glass doors leading to the heated in-ground pool. The pool area is screened in and surrounded by hedges. You can enjoy swimming or lounging by the pool; you will no doubt appreciate the convenience of having access to the third 3-piece bathroom from the pool area.

The brightness and sunshine that fills this house will infuse you with the sense of being outdoors in the beautiful Florida sun.

Words are not enough to describe this beautiful house. It is bright with loads of space. I think it took us the entire week to enjoy all the different areas of this home. The little touches throughout the home from the wonderful sheets on the beds to the pool towels are amazing. It is so nice that the third bathroom has a separate entrance to the pool as well. The private courtyard is very serene. It is a great home for the golfers as well as us non golfers as so many things are so close by! Quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Thanks Lucy for your amazing customer service! We felt so welcome in your home.
