Rockytop requires a minimum six-night stay from Memorial Day through September 30th.

In addition, you have access to all of the amenities of Riverbend at Lake Lure: Mirror Lake and its beach, children’s play area, covered picnic area complete with rocking chairs, picnic tables, restrooms and stone fireplaces, seating and eating areas by the waterfall and along the Broad River, hiking trails, and views that will take your breath away. Parking for two (2) vehicles only. Guests can park an additional vehicle in the Riverbend at Lake Lure parking area, to the right of the gate house, and carpool to the home.

5% Rutherford County Occupancy Tax (on rent)
7.75% NC State Sales Tax (on rent and reservation fee)
Cancellation / Transfer Policy:
If a confirmed reservation is cancelled or transferred, a processing fee of $50.00 and the $20.00 Reservation Fee plus applicable North Carolina State Sales Tax will be charged against the Advance Confirmation Deposit. If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to arrival, all funds received will be forfeited, unless the property can be re-rented for the cancelled period for the full rent amount. Please allow 30 days from the date we receive your cancellation notice for any of the Advance Confirmation Deposit to be returned (applicable only if the unit was re-rented).
