The master bedroom is on the first floor and has a king bed plus a twin-size trundle bed and an in-suite master bath with double sinks and jetted tub/shower combo. Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms plus the gameroom/den. Bedroom 2 has the second king bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 sets of twin over twin bunk beds plus a trundle bed. Bedroom 4 has a twin over full bunk bed. The second bathroom is also upstairs and has a jetted tub/shower combo. Bedroom 5 is a gameroom/den also upstairs that includes a sleeper sofa for those extra guests and the kids can take advantage of the tv, dvd, XBox, playstation and DVD/game library. In case it rains, the kids can blow off steam in the spacious unfinished basement where there are foosball, air hockey, basketball and skee ball games. (There is also a folding wooden crib).
There is a large, open kitchen complete with everything you need to feed your family and there is a full size washer dryer right off the kitchen. The patio table and dining room table each seat 8 people. There is a 2 car garage (one car garage is available for your use) and there is additional parking in the driveway. Please note - the condo association allows maximum of 2 cars and no street parking please. Please no pets or smoking.
