This winterized home has a full kitchen, living room, two bedrooms downstairs with double beds in each and one large sleeping area upstairs with four twin beds. There is one full bathroom and an outside shower for after a day on the beach out front. Located in historic Plymouth, Massachusetts close to restaurants, Plymouth Rock, The Mayflower II, championship golf, site seeing, whale watching, boat tours, deep sea fishing, local tourist sites, and shopping. Boat launch at Plymouth harbor (7 miles) or Cape Cod Canal (10 miles).

The property is very short day trip drive to Cape Cod (10 miles) and the Boston area (35 miles) as well. You can drive from the property to the outer tip of Cape Cod in 1 hour. The end of Cape Cod, Provincetown Monument, can be seen from the front deck on a clear day.
