With 6 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, this clean and inviting home will accommodate two (2) guests as comfortably as 15. There are two (2) master bedrooms (one has a King and the other has a Queen bed) on the first floor with private bathrooms. Another bedroom located on the first floor has access to the half bath directly across the hall. On the second floor there is another master bedroom (Queen bed) with a private bath. The loft bedroom has a full (double) bed. The attic bedroom has two (2) twin beds and a TV with VHS. There is also a sleeper sofa.
The fully-equipped kitchen has the conveniences of home: dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dinnerware, cookware, utensils. All you need are groceries! Dine in or enjoy your meal on the deck. With this home there are endless options!
Go tubing in the river (five tubes provided), jump in for a swim, or grab a pole and fish — all right from the backyard. A two-acre lot provides lots of room for the kids to play as well as a place for the adults to get away from the crowd.
In addition you can also enjoy all the amenities Riverbend has to offer: swim in Mirror Lake or canoe(canoe provided), build sandcastles on the Mirror Lake Beach (there's a play area for the children), have a meal at the covered picnic site complete with picnic tables, rocking chairs, stone fireplaces, restrooms and spectacular views, hike, bike or jog one of the many trails, or just sit and relax by the waterfall and river. The fishing is excellent and the bait shop is right across the street.

5% Rutherford County Occupancy Tax (on rent)
7.75% NC State Sales Tax (on rent and reservation fee)
$100.00 non-refundable pet fee - if bringing dog(s)
Cancellation / Transfer Policy:
If a confirmed reservation is cancelled or transferred, a processing fee of $50.00 and the $20.00 Reservation Fee plus applicable North Carolina State Sales Tax will be charged against the Advance Confirmation Deposit. If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to arrival, all funds received will be forfeited, unless the property can be re-rented for the cancelled period for the full rent amount. Please allow 30 days from the date we receive your cancellation notice for any of the Advance Confirmation Deposit to be returned (applicable only if the unit was re-rented).
