Our unit is a bright and airy 2nd floor condo with 20 ft ceilings just redecorated and newly refurnished. It is a short walk to the famous fountain park, downtown shopping and restaurants. The living room has a fireplace with 42' flat screen TV, expanded cable and wireless internet, while the adjoining dining room has seating for 6. The master suite has a king size bed with walk in closet and the master bath has a separate vanity area. The guest room has a queen size bed with large closet. The separate laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. Private balcony with patio set, grill and views of 4 peaks mountain range. Within a short drive are Saguaro Lake, McDowell Mountain Regional Park, spring training, casinos and many award winning golf courses. Fountain Hills boasts numerous fine restaurants and shopping areas.

Fountain Hills Condo; Highly recommended!

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Fountain Hills. The condo is very clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. The fountain is close by, as are the walking path and hiking trails. I went jogging almost every morning during my stay, very friendly people with their dogs. We were able to attend an outdoor church service with North Chapel Community Church. Everyone was friendly and welcomed us like family. There is a Starbucks and CVS within walking distance to the condo. We spent time by the pool and hot tub which were clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend this property.
