Wonderful Weekend Getaway

Our family (3 couples & 4 young kids) enjoyed a fabulous weekend together at the Miller's country home. There was plenty of room for us all. And even an empty bedroom in the basement. Anna Mae's special treats as well as mini boxes of cereal and milk upon arrival was a very nice and unexpected touch. Anything you might need as far as cooking and cleaning supplies was provided - - - even toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. things that often times you need to supply. We brought a few toys for our kids but it wasn't necessary - the basement has a huge toy chest filled with old toys the kids loved. There was also a bin of bats/balls, etc. for playing outdoors. Since we had beautiful weather, we spent most of our time enjoying the amazing property and letting the kids "run free" outside. We went to Lititz Springs Park one morning to feed the ducks and go on the playground. In the evening, the adults enjoyed making smores around the fire pit and playing games. Lots of good memories were created. We would definitely return in the future.
As mentioned in previous posts, the spiral staircases made me a bit nervous with my 2 year old son but we just paid extra close attention to him!
