This beautiful two-bedroom, two bath penthouse Unit D-42 has breathtaking Gulf and lake views from the screened-in lanai and the large private rooftop sundeck. The just completed-all-new kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped. Relax in the reclining chairs in the living room while you watch the 54' plasma HDTV with DVD. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, flat screen TV with Blue Ray DVD, direct access to the lanai, and an adjoining bathroom with walk in shower. In the guest bedroom you'll find two full-sized beds with TV/DVD, (TV has HDMI ports for gaming), and an adjacent bathroom with shower and tub. The living room area hasa reading alcove with a full-sized Murphy Bed.

Our family loved this condo. Our 8 & 9 year old children are already planning our return for next year!
The condo is clean, well appointed and very spacious. The roof top sundeck is a bonus. The grounds, pool, bbq grills and beach area are very nicely maintained.Thank you for a wonderful & memorable family vacation. We would definately recommend this unit and hope to return.

First time to Sanibel, but won't be our last!! We planned a vacation with our daughter, son in law grandson and son. Plenty of room for all of us. Absolutely loved the accommodations, the kitchen was amazing,fully stocked with anything you could need and completely remodeled...did not even mind cooking and cleaning. We were very impressed with the condo it was stunning. This was our first time using vrbo and we are already planning our trip for next year and we will definately stay in this condo again!!

Beautiful and confortable and just what we needed for our stay. The property was clean and spacious. The beach and pool area are great and the pool was heated to the right temp. The condo is just a short walk to both.

We had an excellent vacation at Pointe Santo de Sanibel this past week. The rooftop patio was a very unique feature that provided a spot to catch some rays and view the water. The interior of the condo was clean and in good condition. The renovated kitchen allowed for more of an open concept, which made the condo feel more spacious. (I had the opportunity to visit some other units that had the original kitchen layout.) Because the kitchen had a lot of cabinetry, it was very well equipped with anything I needed to prepare meals .Both bedrooms were spacious and had their own tvs and washrooms. The resort grounds were also very well maintained and very clean. Although the pool wasn't very large, it was clean and heated. There is a clubhouse located at the pool. They had organized crafts, movie nights and ice cream for the kids. I would definitely recommend this resort to a friend or family member. The close proximity to the beach is something that everyone of all ages would enjoy.
