Photos and Description of the Famagusta vacation rental Spacious luxury villa with private pool located a short walk from the beach.

Located in a quiet and friendly residential area only 300 metres from the sea and 5 minutes drive from Ayia Napa with all its great range shops and restaurants and of course Nissi Beach. Within a short walk you will find the beautiful Ayia Thekla beach which has full beach facilities, you will also find a mini market in case you run out of supplies and not forgetting Waterword which is only a few minutes drive away. Our 2 Bedroomed Villa is complete with air conditioning with its own private swimming pool which can be lit up at night, table and chairs and of course sun beds to enjoy the Cypriot sunshine. The master bedroom is circular in shape with a large double bed and sea views, the second bedroom has twin beds and views of the surrounding area, there is also a large fully equipped kitchen, dining table with six chairs and a large comfortable lounge with two large sofas, TV/DVD and views of the swimming pool. A welcome pack is also included in the price for your convenience.

Ayia Thekla is a fantastic location giving you the best of both worlds. You are situated in a quiet residential location with the safe and sandy beach a short walk away and yet within a few minutes drive you are in the centre of Ayia Napa with its fabulous range of bars shops and restaurants. You are also just a few minutes drive from the motorway with links to Larnaca, Limassol, and Pafos and the lively town of Paralimni including 3 large supermarkets. Just in case you run out of supplies there is a mini market a few minutes walk away and two excellent fish restaurants located in Potamos harbour were there is another beautiful beach with fabulous views of Ayia Napa. This is the perfect location to relax and unwind while soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the local Cypriot hospitality.

The villa was fantastic, just as its pictures and description on the web site. I would suggest one has a car as the villa is in a quiet residential location and you wont want to be walking too far in the hot Cyprus sunshine. Maggie and Eric were fantastic, the pool was kept spotless and the neighbours very warm and welcoming. We had a fantastic 3 weeks in the villa, a real home from home.
