HAWKSRIDGE - YOUR VACATION DESTINATION!

Whether you are an avid skier, outdoorsman or an Iron Chef seeking the ultimate luxurious get-away, this Hawksridge property is top drawer. The property was immaculate, and everything worked. Many food staples were provided, making our late night arrival much more bearable the next morning. The owner and hospitality team offered relevant advice - a list of area amenities, attractions etc. was provided in advance. State-fo-the-art video systems are in every bedroom. Two superb home theater systems in the great room and downstairs bedroom settle arguments over which movie to watch. The owners have an excellent library of movies and offered to provide more movies from a large list. In addition, they offered to pick up discounted lift tickets for us at the SLC Costco. Now that's service!

Rarely does one find a property in which the owners have invested so heavily in the best of everything for the kitchen, finishes and furnishings. This home accomodates winter sports equipment plus muscle, bone and mental recovery like no other we have experienced. It is close enough (10 minutes) to Park City, The Canyons and Deer Valley to feel part of those resorts, and yet sequestered in its own adjacent canyon, giving it a true mountain get-away feeling.

The Hawksridge complex has an excellent clubhouse with a 16-seat movie theater, pool table, kitchen, swimming pool, large hot tub and showers. We found it just right for après ski relaxation. To lend additional credibility to this review, I'd love to give you some negatives, but I just don't have any. When choosing the property on HomeAway, we struggled a bit with the premium over other area properties. In the end, we decided that the atmosphere of the property was a key part of the vacation. We found it worth every penny, in fact - highest in overall value. If you appreciate the finer things while on your mountain vacation, you will love this place. We highly recommend this property - save us a week or two, we will be back!

This house was perfect in almost every way. From the moment you reserve the house, Gayle and her team did everything possible to make the stay perfect. From simple online payments, offering restaurant and entertainment suggestions, stocking the house with DVDs we selected from a huge 3 page list, stocked pantry & fridge, even welcome gifts/snacks.

Pictures on Homeaway are accurate representations of the size and quality of the house. No wide angle lenses used. The kitchen has everything you could want to cook a gourmet meal. We stayed in a few nights just so we could cook a meal in it. The bedrooms were large. Bathrooms were clean. Even had an opportunity to go use the hot tub at the club house.

Location was great too. Just minutes from downtown Park City. If you want to stay on Main Street, you're gonna pay an arm and a leg for it. Hawksridge is 6 miles away from town, a heck of a lot larger, and a heck of a lot less expensive.

Will return the next time we are in Park City.

Look no further.....you have found the perfect place! This is a well appointed 5 bedroom luxury townhome. It has everything you need to make you vacation comfortable and enjoyable for your entire family. I traveled here last week with 6 of my friends. We have been making this trip every year for the past several years. By far, this is the most comfortable and convenient place we have ever stayed in Park City.
The kitchen was fully outfitted with every gadget you could imagine. The butlers pantry was fully stocked with everything you needed to get started. I"m talking 4 or 5 differest kinds of dry cereal, pastas, sauces, soups, spices, cooking oil, popcorn, snacks, coffee etc. Basically, we didn't have to go to the store the first day.

All the bedrooms were clean, large, and well appointed.Closets were large and included luxurious his and hers robes (as well as kids robes) for the hot tub located at the clubhouse. The bathrooms were clean and luxurious. Towels were plentiful. Bath wash (Neutragena), shampoo, conditioner and lotion were all included.

Entertainment center have access to any type of TV programming (DISH, HULA, On Demand etc). Wi-Fi and printer access came in handy when we needed to print our boarding passes. House directory was very informative and listed everything you needed to know about the various amenites that Hawksridge had to offer. It even listed several pages of the various restaurants in Park City and the surrounding area.

A few days before our trip Gayle sent us a link to a special Groupon offering that allowed us to purchase discounted lift tickets to the Canyons. We saved over $100.

Most impressive was the level of detail and communication offered by Gayle and her team. They truly go out of their way to make sure that they deliver above and beyond your expectations. The day you check in her Hospitality Director sends you an email to welcome you and your party then gives you their direct phone number shound you need anything. Stayed at the Ritz many times...never had that level of service.

Access to slopes...10 minutes or less. Regardless if your going to PC, Canyons, or DV.
