Great Condo with an amazing view and location

My girlfriends and i stayed at the condo for 6 days and we enjoyed every moment of it. The condo is fully equipped so that made our stay a lot less stressfull and more enjoyable. There are no words to describe the view, everytime i looked out the window i was in awe. The staff is very nice and helpful most of the time, especially the fron desk manager and michael the concierge. Our vacation would not have been the same without their help. The location is great but i strongly recommend renting a car as the cabs can get quite expensive. The only reason i am not going to give my stay a 5 star is because once the front desk closes at 5 there is no one on site to really help you. We were told to call security if we needed assistance with anything after 5 and twice the person was not able to help, even with something as simple as getting a cab. This is the only area where improvement is needed. I highly recommend the condo and if i ever go back to the island i will definitely rent it again.

An Awesome Stay

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Point Pleasant. The pictures depicted everything perfectly and the view was even better than expected! Tom was really easy to work with and everything that we needed, including beach towels and an iron/ironing board were provided. We took the car ferry over to St. John one day to the beaches there. Beautiful!! For a great place to eat close to the condo, go into Red Hook to the "Fish Tail." Right on the water and great seafood! We will be back!

Excellent Stay!

Had a wonderful stay at Point Pleasant Resort in St.Thomas. We stayed in room B-28 and the view fro our balcony was breathtaking! The room was also spacious. We also enjoyed jacks restaurant, which was also on the property. There really was not alot of guests at the resort when we stayed, so I really cant comment on much of the experiences their. What we didnt like was eventhough we arrived early and prepaid all rental fees, we had to wait at least 3 hours to check in.

Point Pleasant is properly named!

Had a great time! The accommodations were far more than satisfactory. We spent 11 days in the VI and sorry that only the first 2 were here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was good food and drink as well a good snorkeling easily within walking distance.

Renting this unit was a no-hassle discussion and the owner explained logistics perfectly.

I highly recommend this place - I will return!!
