SUNNY HOLIDAY in a resort style condo complex in beautiful Arizona-situated on the border of Mesa and Gilbert just outside of Phoenix. Relax and enjoy this spacious ground level unit which features 2 master bedrooms each with its own private ensuite. Affords plenty of privacy for two couples or a family.

The unit has 3 TVs including 2 brand new flat screens (46' and 32'), HD cable, dvd, WiFi and a local phone.

Gas barbeques by the pool - only steps away. The private patio is a nice place for your morning coffee.

The complex has 2 great pools (1 heated), spa, poolside wi-fi, fitness centre, lounge with pool table and a business centre, beautifully landscaped grounds which include a large green space.

We chose this location as a great place to escape the cold winter months and unwind with some Arizona sun!

We spent a month in this condo and can't say there are any negatives at all. The location was perfect - it was close to pretty much everything - shopping, golf, grocery stores and restaurants. We took several hikes all within a half hour driving distance.
The condo was very well equipped and was spacious enough to accommodate ourselves and two other guests. We were just around the corner from one of the pools and a short walk from both the larger heated pool and gym. The owner was quick to respond to any concerns we had.

The condo in Mesa was excellent. The condo complex has two reaaly nice pools. It was not swimming weather but we enjoyed just relaxing in the sun. We used the fitness center periodically and although it is not large it has all the necessary machines. The club house has computers and printers that came in handy. The condo is well furnished and has all the appliiances, dishes, silverware, towels etc than you will ever need. The owners responded promptly to all of our communications and made sure everything was to our liking. Grant D. one of the owners even came over on Jan 1 with his dad to fix the garbage disposal.

This unit is well located close to major freeways and to services in the Mesa Gilbert area and I highly recommend it to future vacationers.

Just finished staying at Unit for period March 10 to March 31 and must say, very enjoyable unit. Location is very convenient and close to everywhere. Heated pool was great and the evenings and night very quiet in area. Would stay again.

This is a spacious condo in a excellent gated community. Feel safe here and enjoy the ammenities, such as two pools, hot tub and a great gym thats open 24 hours. Barbques,gas and charcoal are close by so come and enjoy. As well entertain in the evening beside the adjacent pool at the gas fire pit, sit down and enjoy a cool one with friends in the evening.
Inside the condo are two large bedrooms both with adjoining baths, linens are provided and the beds are very comfortable.A small patio to enjoy your morning coffee.Insuite washer & dryer provided, parking for 1 car adjacent, Wi-Fi,and 3 TV's.
