House, 3 Bedrooms + Loft, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 7-8)

The house sits on a wooded lot, a short walk to the lake, beach and playground. This development is private and maintained beautifully. The living room, with its stone fireplace, is the perfect place to relax after having a long, fun day in the Poconos.

There is a large wooden deck on the front of the house for your pleasure. Our deck has everything you need to be out there full time. Our dining area adjoins the kitchen. In addition to the major Ski Resort areas, the house is centrally located to many other attractions, such as Hickory Run State Park, State Game Lands, White-water Rafting, Paintball/Skirmish, Pocono Raceway, golf courses, tennis, basketball courts and the historical Jim Thorpe area, and Outlet Shoppings areas. This house is the perfect Pocono vacation rental home. The home has three bedrooms, one king size bed, five twins, plus a loft area. This house and everything it has to offer is the perfect Pocono vacation rental home.

Great for skiing

We loved this house. It's only 5 minutes from Big Boulder ski resort. There are bars and restaurants close by, as well as a grocery store and gas. The community is peaceful and quiet with lots of wildlife. It's beautiful to sit in front of a cozy fire and watch the deer right out the 2 large deck widows. The owner was very helpful. The house was very clean and well kept. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks

Perfect house for family ski vacation

This house was great, especially the location. We were able to get to the mountain to ski in under 5 minutes. It is in a beautiful safe community and there are some nice family restaurants right down the street. My family had a great time sitting around the fireplace. I definitely recommend this to any family especially with kids.

Girls weekend

My friends and I had a great fun filled weekend. Went tubing at BB and went to Split Rock for messages.
It snowed all day Saturday, great development to work around in. Went by the lake, all snow cover.
Enjoyed our stay. Everything we need was at the house and things to do where close by.
Can't wait to get the chance to go back.

We stayed for three nights very close to Pocono raceway!!! Could not use washer and dryer that was the only bad part of trip!! Very clean nice area..Lots of deer roaming around..Close to many places to eat!! Would go again!!! The people we rented from were very helpful and nice!!

Close to track

We rented this house for the Pocono Race...close to the track..and that was a big plus...However, no AC but the fans worked great...Big minus was the basic cable, not good when checking on race events...Very clean and well maintained and had everything we needed...Will defintely think about coming back next year, if the cable is updated......
