This Luxury Two Bedroom Penthouse Apartment offers spacious air-conditioned accommodation laid out on one floor. The apartment is beautifully furnished and sleep 4/6 people. The entrance hall leads into a large living/dining room with two bedrooms, a large family bathroom and separate shower room. There is marble floor throughout keeping the apartment cool in the summer and adding to the sense of luxury. The master bedroom boasts en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath. The kitchen is brand new and modern, with an electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge freezer. In fact everything you would need to host a dinner party. The large sun terrace - accessed from the lounge or master bedroom - offers fantastic views of the surrounding area. The property has one underground parking space and is very close to the pool and sports area on the development. There is also a lift from the underground parking up to the apartment.

The apartment is....approx 30km from Gibraltar airport (20min drive) and 80km from Malaga Airport (55min drive) On site : The apartment is right beside swimming, tennis. Close to the apartment you will find a sandy beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, a sports centre, scuba diving, historic sites, bars and restaurants. The property is very close to Gibraltar with views to Morrocco. Estepona, Marbella, Sotogrande & Puerto Banus. All are within 30 mins drive from the port of La Duquesa. The famous town of Ronda, located in the mountains, is approximately a 1hr drive away.

  • * Discounts available on bookings exceeding 14 nights. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required on confirmation of booking. The balance, plus a refundable security deposit of 25% of rental fee (a minimum of £150 applies), is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. We accept mid-week bookings. Weekend rates apply to Friday and Saturday night stays.
    * All prices quoted are for the Apartment per week and include all taxes, linen, towels, electricity, water and cleaning of the apartment both before arrival and after departure. Extra cleaning can be provided on request at a rate of approx €15 per hr.

Notes: The property has secure underground parking with electric gate entry. There are 3x communal swimming pools within close proximity to our apartment; 1x communal Paddle Court (similar to Tennis); plus a large sun terrace with table and 4 chairs for al fresco dining. There is room to seat 4 people in the living room and 4 people in the dining area. In the kitchen you will find an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster. You will also find a dish washer, washing machine, iron and ironing board. All other items are provided for your use including cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils. In addition, there are some books, DVDs and CDs for you to use during your stay.

The Immediate Area: The beautiful port of La Duquesa offers full marina services for boating enthusiasts as well as a myriad of attractions for those with no aspirations to take to the water. The attractive promenades encircling the port offers a variety of restaurants, intimate bars and cafes where you can while away the days. The vast choice of eating and drinking options include French, Italian, Chinese, Indian, Thai and, of course, Spanish with its fresh, local fish. Numerous services and grocers are also on hand. The sandy beach at Duquesa is great and there is an excellent beach bar which we can recommend!

Golf: La Duquesa Golf and Country Club boasts an 18 hole course designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr., a technical masterpiece with wonderful sea and mountain views. In addition to golf, the club offers many facilities including tennis, squash, and a fully equipped gym with a qualified resident trainer. Membership is available. Further golfing challenges are close at hand: Alcaidesa, a Links course overlooking the Rock of Gibraltar; Valderrama, host of the Ryder Cup and World Championship, and only ten minutes from Duquesa; Sotogrande, a parkland course; and La Cañada, a wonderful golf challenge where the fairways are as thick and lush as carpet. San Roque, host to the qualifying schools, is also only a few minutes away. And, as if this isn't enough, there are another 40-odd courses within an hour's drive of our apartment for you to choose from!
