Ideal for families with Night Heron Park, playgrounds and amenities a short walk away. Popular Kids Kamp available.5 Minute walk to Turtle Point Golf, Lessons and fine dining. Tastefully decorated, well equipped. with open high ceilings in living room and screen porch. From the porch you can see glimpses of wildlife, woods and tennis views. 2 Bedrooms, one with King and ensuite bath, second br. 2 doubles, each sleeping 2 and ensuite bath. Living room has queen sofa bed and dining room seats 6 plus additional seating on screen porch. Kitchen well equipped with granite countertops. Washer and Dryer provided. Bicycles, Beach Chairs, cooler, umbrellas, towels, beach wagon supplied. There are TVs in each bedroom, WiFi and free North American long distance.

Comfortable, centrally located, with no surprises

My wife and I and our small dog stayed here for 2 wks and had a wonderful time. The villa was comfortable, clean and ideally located to explore the island. The listing was accurate and we encountered no surprises. We have visited Kiawah many times since our first visit in 1978 and would stay at this villa again. The owners responded very quickly with questions we had in the initial renting process and everything went very smoothly. At approx noon on the 31st of Oct we spotted a bobcat from the screened in porch. This is one of the reasons Kiawah is desireable. We take away pleasant memories from every visit. We recommend this property.

A Great Vacation

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at 380994 VRBO, the house was very comfortable, clean and the listing was very accurate. We would certainly like to stay there again and highly recommend this property to our friends and family. While there we got to see the Hunley again, visit the Market and you just can't help but go the eat at Hyman's when in Charleston. Many miles of bike paths to explore and we had the beach to ourselves it seemed.

Just returned from a week long stay at this property with wife and schnauzer. Biggest surprise is how deserted the island is at this time a year. Benefit of timing, apart from avoidance of traffic and dining congestion, is that dogs can run unleashed on the beach. We found villa to be conveniently located to access beach, accommodating in its furnishings and equipment and overall providing a very comfortable stay. Owners instructions and guidance were appreciated. Would stay here again.

This unit is very tired!!!! And a bit dirty.

The furniture and beds in this unit are in desperate need of replacement!! The love seat smells like urine. The sofa is more than worn out, it is uncomfortable. The king bed squeaks and the mattress sags. The master bath is not built for people 6 ft tall or taller. Several lightbulb need to be replaced. The kitchen light has a short and needs to be fixed. The carpet in the bedrooms is dirty and needs to be replaced. We paid for three nights and wanted to leave after one. However, we stayed two nights and left. Just couldn't get comfortable staying here.
Owner's Response: We are dismayed at the negativity of this review. It is totally in contrast to the comments from previous guests, and we can only speculate as to the motivation to post a review so totally at odds with those of previous writers. To answer the allegations, we respond as follows. 1. The carpets are new, purchased 15 months ago. As are the beds. Other guests have commented as to their comfort. 2.The master bath corresponds to building code. 3. We contacted our housekeeper to check on the lights. They are all working but some are on dimmers. Perhaps the guest did not realize this and we will amend our guest information to reflect that everyone may not be aware that there are dimmers. 3. We are sorry that our condo does not meet this reviewers particular standards. However, as all other reviewers have found conditions to their satisfaction. we are at a loss to understand how to meet this persons complaints
