Our villa is ideal for a family, or 2 couples...as 2 can stay privately in the upstairs master suite, and 2-3 can enjoy the downstairs bedroom, with its 2 twin beds. If you are just 1 couple, enjoy the entire place to yourselves, as my rate has been lowered from 1200 a week, to just 800, the same price, as the many 1 bedrooms offered elsewhere, with no ocean view, and half the space.... For larger groups, multiple families and friends vacationing together, my family also owns the unit directly next door..2 bedrooms/2 bath..rent both units...inquire for special pricing..Should you have an emergency, and u need to cancel your rental, I will let you re-schedule and give u full credit for your future week....
