This spacious 5 bedroom house is 2.5 miles from downtown (6th & congress). It sleeps 10 in 6 beds (2 queens, 2 doubles, and 2 twins) but you can fit 12-14 if you are open to big comfy couches (one is 10' long) and air mattresses.

The location is off of west 6th, it's a $10 cabride to downtown, and it's a half mile to Deep Eddy, one of Austin's natural water pools!

The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (the master has 2 sinks), a huge family room, 2 flat screen tvs, a huge kitchen, and a screened in back porch where smoking is allowed.

There's plenty of parking and the house is on a very quiet neighborhood street. The house has Tivo, video on demand, and wifi throughout the house (even on the porch) .

You'll be one short block from Randall's Supermarket, Starbucks, CVS and Maudie's Tex Mex & Bar (GREAT margaritas) and MUNI golf

Walk to Supermarket, CVS, Starbucks, Restaurants: Maudi's, Magnolia Cafe (24 hour diner/cafe), Thundercloud, Mangia, Deep Eddy, small shopping plaza, Lions Municipal Golf Course, the Hike & Bike Trail. A short drive will take you to Downtown, Zilker Park, Barton Springs, the Botanical Gardens, Auditorium Shores.

Fabulous, Spacious, Holds many

We had about 13 girls stay in this house for a bachelorette. It was a short cab ride to 6th street and it was very clean, well stocked and certainly big enough for everyone. The owners are really nice and helpful with anything you may need! I would stay here again with my friends, family or anyone else. Great spot!

Great house - Perfect for groups, large and small.

10 of us stayed here for 2013 SXSW weekend, and it was perfect! We arrived to a perfectly clean place, almost exactly as advertised (much of the decor has been removed - which is probably a smart thing). With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there was plenty of space for all of us and shampoo/conditioner/soap were provided. The owners were wonderful, responsive and helpful and left us a nice note and snacks for our arrival.

One great thing about this property, it is within walking distance to a large grocery store - which made it easy for guests to grab quick meals or anything forgotten. This was super helpful in keeping everyone happy!

I would highly recommend this home - my group is already planning a return trip for next year!

I stayed here for a weekend with 8 other guests and we had a great time! The owners made it very easy to set up the rental agreement and everything was in place as they said for our arrival. The house was in great condition and was as advertised, with five bedrooms and three bathrooms fit to easily handle 9 or more guests.

The owners were very friendly, easy to communicate with, and very prompt in replying to questions about the house. They even gave us some recommendations for dining and attractions in the area. I highly recommend this house -- definitely a great choice for large groups.

Perfect Reunion House!

We loved staying together at the 'Casa Bonita'! The house was large and comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. There were 10 of us and we loved hanging out on the patio and in the large family room. Many restaurants were within walking distance and the Randall's Supermarket was extremely convenient. And it was close to everything. We will come here again!
