This charming 19th century victorian cottage has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, dining room and nice work space kitchen.

Wonderful views of Oak Bluffs Harbor and Sunset Lake. Enjoy the open wraparound porch, sunroom and second floor balcony which all have water views.

Washer and Dryer, boo-hoo, no dishwasher. However, with all the wonderful restaurants and hot spots, you won't want to spend much time in the kitchen! Walking distance to shopping, ferries, restaurants, town, nightlife, bike paths and beaches. Also, if you do not wish to drive yourselves, the bus route is right across the street.

This is a lovely 1800's Victorian Cottage. it sits on a knoll

with views of the harbor from a lovey porch. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 nicely sized and 2 singles. Lots of character and very comfy with cable TV and wireless internet. Short walk to

town and beaches.
