Awesome location, nice owner and property manager

I stayed in this apartment for almost a month from Dec 2nd until Dec 28th, 2012. Very clean, comfortable and very well equipped. No surprises. The pictures and the video are very accurate.
It is located in Posto 3 (same posto for Copacabana Palace Hotel). For you, this means more police around. It's safe and this posto is at the cleanest part of the Copacabana beach. If you are gluten free or like to buy Organic and local products, there is an Organic place where they sell health foods and gluten free products almost beside the property. They have some organic produce as well, so your health will not suffer even though you are on vacation. There is also a small grocery store where you can have your fresh produce of the day right beside the property. There's a gym very close to the place, 1-minute walk.
The owner is absolutely a sweetheart and made sure everything was ok and always asked if I needed anything. The property manager is very sincere and quick, as we had a leak, and he was at the property in 30 minutes to check on the issue.
I will always ask them if they have this property available on all of my future visits to Rio. This is my home away from home and it could be yours, too!
