Dry Heat Resorts is proud to represent this 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath vacation home located in the gated community of Indian Wells Country Club. The house is 2,700 sq ft and has a spacious private yard with pool, spa, BBQ, and South-facing mountain views.
The master suite includes a spacious bedroom with King size bed, ceiling fan, nightstands, dresser and 37" Hi-definition flatscreen TV with dvd player. A sliding glass door provides convenient access to the private yard’s pool & spa. The en-suite bathroom has both a sumptuous oval soaking tub with elegant granite surround, and a walk-in shower with sparkling clear glass enclosure and granite tile surround. The master bathroom also features granite tile vanity with two oval sinks. A spacious walk-in closet completes the master suite.
Guest bedroom one has Southwestern accents. It features a Queen size bed, two nightstands, dresser, flatscreen TV and dvd player. Guest bedroom two has a mountain view, a Queen size bed, one nightstand, a dresser and a sliding glass door to the pool and spa. Guest bedroom three has two twin beds, two dressers, tv and cd stereo. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with shower/bathtub combo.
With two living areas and two dining areas, this Indian Wells vacation rental is great for entertaining: two sofas (one with twin size sleeper), a lounge chair with ottoman, 35" TV, dvd player and ceiling fan make up the formal living room which has convenient access to the pool area by way of sliding glass door. A matching sofa & loveseat make up the second seating area which is conveniently located next to the formal dining room which seats six. For informal dining, the breakfast nook seats four and embraces the morning sun.
Brewing a cup of coffee is the least of the things you can do in the gourmet kitchen. Delight your culinary senses with gleaming granite kitchen countertops, maple cabinets, walk-in pantry and updated appliances. Appliances include two ovens, microwave, five-burner stove top and more.
