This apartment is located on the luxury apartment complex call 'Salinas'. This is a high quality urbanisation for those looking to pamper themselves. It is located next to the Las Dunas hotel and just a few metres from a really nice clean beach. A luxury health suite with heated pool, sauna and fully equiped gym is also included and is easily accessed from the apartment. The apartment is modern and furnished to a high quality standard. It is fully air conditioned with English Sky TV in the lounge. The master bedroom also provides a jacuzzi bath. All floors and bathrooms are finished in a highly polished classic beige marble. The apartment is very comfortable and provides you with excellent accommodation facilities.

The Salinas urbanisation is located next to the Las Dunas hotel. There are several popular restaurants in this area including the well known Tikitano restaurant. The gardens are beautifully stocked with a large variety of Mediterranean plants and is kept highly manicured. You will have never seen such a green variety of grass before. There is a short tree lined walkway between the hotel and the urbanisation that takes you directly onto the beach and front-line promenade. This is a great place if you fancy a stroll all the way into Estepona or ewven Puerto Banus. The promenade has several good quality cherigitos 'beach bars' scattered along the coast where you may stop for a drink or perhaps lunch. The coastal N340/A7 road runs close by and provides easy access to Malaga or Gibraltar airports (about 45 mnis drive). Salinas is an excellent place to stay and as it is very central to the Costa del Sol and provides a good base for site seeing.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A cot with high chair is available for hire for a further 50 Euros for up to two weeks hire. We can provide a pay-as-you-go internet solution. The cost of this 25 Euros for the rental plus the cost of the amount of data that has been downloaded as follows:- 20 Euros for 25 Mb, 40 Euros for 200 Mb or 60 Euros for 1 Gb. Generally we find that 60 Euros worth of credit lasts a heavy user about 10 days and 40 Euros will last about 2-3 days. We can offer a satellite navigation system for an additional 35 Euros for the week direct from us. Alternatively you can rent one from the airport with our car hire service for 7 Euros per day. Good discounts are offered for those looking to rent longer term during the off-peak months.
  • A 30% deposit must be payable within seven days of booking the property. The balance is then payable six weeks in advance. The refundable security deposit is payable on arrival in cash and returned to you on your last day providing there are no breakages or damage.
  • Refundable security deposit required: €300.
