SATURDAY TO SATURDAY RENTAL ONLY. 7 NIGHT STAYS ONLY. “The Laundry Mat" is located directly across the street from the beach in Kitty Hawk with no home on the beach to obstruct your view or access to the Ocean. There s lots of windows on the oceanside of this house which provides an exceptional view from both floors. This Historic location is where Kitty Hawk’s 1 and only Laundry Mat stood for years. This recently constructed home is a reverse floor plan and has 4 bedrooms (2 master suites, 1 with a Private Hot Tub on the deck) and 3 bathrooms. There are more than the comforts of home at this exceptionally furnished and equipped rental home so you can have a fun and relaxing getaway while vacationing in this property. The bedding consists of 3 Queen beds and 1 Double bed. There are 2 open sun decks and 2 covered porches with deck furniture. Other amenities include: Central air/heat, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, cable with 5 color TVs, 3 DVDs, 3 VCRs and telephone. There is a BBQ, an enclosed outside shower and a ground level deck with chairs. **Can be rented with WPM 131 for family reunions.** NO PETS, Saturday turnover, MP 4, ID 77497, Linen rental available.
