It is a well-traveled tourist and vacation area, natural attractions, historic sites, art galleries and many four star restaurants. The area is also very popular among antique enthusiasts and people who enjoy summer and off season activity . Many opportunities exist here for golf, bike trails, fishing and other outdoor activities. We are a couple with young children who loved going to the Cape as children and love bringing our children now. We love the location because of its proximity to the warm waters of South Cape beach as well as being close to the Bourne bridge.

Tara & Marc Rollo purchased this house in 2011

This property has been completely renovated inside and out. It is in a wonderful location very close to South Cape Beach. It located in a safe and quiet neighborhood with lots of Cape Cod charm. It was restored and propertly updated with care and concern for detail with quality workmanship. It is a pride of ownership home that our family adores and we sincerely want you to enjoy it too!

There is an entrance to a free private beach area on the Waquoit Bay side in our neighborhood. It is a bumpy road to get there in about a mile, but once you are there it is truly breathtaking...Set up a picnic with the kids and it will be one of the best memories your kids will ever have!

My family stayed in this oasis during the off season months! This house is an absolutely amazing home, and updated beautifully! The kitchen is especially updated, large and beautiful, great for cooking! Not only is the interior wonderful but the house has a large, fenced back yard as well. Has private docks just a walk down the street and South Cape Beach is less than a mile away. Would recommend this home to anyone whether a short stay or a long one! The owners of the house are also amazing and are very kind and willing to work with any situation. You won't regret staying in this home, and make long lasting memories with your friends and family!

Perfect Vacation Rental Home

This home is by far the cleanest, most charming place my family and I have rented in several years! The property is in great condition, the deck is large and has a nice, comfortable patio set and really nice gas grill. The kitchen has plenty of room, and the living room is actually bigger than it appears in the pictures. Bedrooms are nice- comfortable mattresses, and the bathrooms are tastefully decorated. The access to the bay in the neighborhood is a bonus-great kayaking area, and South Cape beach is within walking distance. But most important- the owners are so pleasant and easy to work with, very accessible via email even during our stay- and they took the initiative to check in with us to make sure we arrived and that all was going well. I highly recommend renting this beach home- you will not be disappointed.

The owners of this home have created an oasis. No detail has been overlooked, there is nothing more you could ask for. The beach is breath-taking and having the calm waters of the Nantucket Sound, as an option for my son to play and swim in, was a bonus I didnt expect. The down town area is charming, the two restaurants I went to were both amazing. This place is a gem, I will definitely be back!
