As proud and loving dog owners we appreciate being able to have our pets enjoy holidays with us. Hence, we allow dogs at our property. However, a maximum of 2 small/medium dogs or 1 large dog permitted.
Smaller breeds under 10kg are permitted inside the property interior. Indoor dogs must be well trained and remain off furniture.
A Pet Bond applies but will be refunded following a post stay inspection of the property. We put these measures in place so that you can enjoy your time with your precious pet/s without stress. Please email owner for pet fees and charges.

DEPARTURE CLEANING CHARGE: $300 clean fee unless otherwise stated. Please note that further cleaning expenses will be deducted from the Bond should the property be inadequately cared for (ie. Soiling or staining of carpets/furniture etc).
PAYMENT & CANCELLATIONS: Full payment required 30 days prior or upon booking if within 30 days of stay. 25% to 50% deposit required upon booking if outside of the 30 day period. Cancellation is not permitted within 30 days of your check in date. However, if the property is able to be let out to another party for the duration of your booking the total amount less 10% will be refunded. Outside of 30 days, the deposit less an administration fee of $100 will be refunded. Under special circumstances the owner may waive certain fees and cancellation charges but this is to their discretion. Travel insurance is always recommended for your peace of mind.
