This new luxury condo located in the heart of the village features granite countertops, crown molding, flat screen LCD satellite HDTV, stainless steel appliances and travertine bathrooms. Lots to do within walking distance including world class restaurants, shops, boutiques, bars, nightclubs and galleries.

Garage parking under the building. There's also drug stores, supermarkets, video rentals, comedy club and public library all within just one city block of the condo.

Just 20 minutes or less driving distance to SeaWorld, San Diego Zoo, Del Mar Race Track & Fairgrounds, Balboa Park, Mission Beach and upscale shopping at Fashion Valley Center. There's also Legoland within a half hour drive for families with younger children.

This is one destination you'll be yearning to return to.
About Owner

My wife, baby and I live in Newport Beach. We're both native Southern Californians. We love dining out and spending time with family and friends. Our favorite pastimes include spending time near the beach, particularly in the La Jolla village.

Owner purchased this condo in 2006
Why Owner chose La Jolla

My wife grew up in San Diego and we found ourselves visiting La Jolla several times a year. This is by far our favorite part of San Diego. We enjoy the fresh ocean breeze, the beautiful views and sunsets and the many wonderful restaurants. We chose this location because we wanted to be in the heart of the village and be able to walk everywhere. It's always a treat for us to find time from our busy schedules to spend some time at our condo.

Amazing Stay near the Beach in La Jolla !

Natalie was a very helpful professional host- that you for being so kind.
She even made sure we had extra pillows as I had just had surgery two months earlier.
The apartment was lovely, very clean , organized and very comfortable, We are a family who also have holiday rentals on Lake Como and it was a pleasure to see that another owner took the care in providing everything like home in their property. Being in the middle of town was great and we were close and within walking distance to everything. perfect location. we even washed all the sheets and vacuumed everything prior to leaving. Wish our guests left our places as good as we left this place. Being in the holiday rental business on Lake Como we understand completely. We could walk to all stores and restaurants.
We would definitely recommend this to all families, couples and anyone wanting a lovely home away from home. beautifully decorated , efficient kitchen and wonderful master shower. All around wonderful.Very safe and secure as well as quiet. Excellent stay!!

Great Location with Comforts of Home

Owner is fantasic and communication was excellent.

Location of condo is walking distance to everything you need including great restaurants, neighborhood coffee shops, and the beautiful coast. Short driving distance to UCSD and hospitals.

Interior was super clean, up-to-date, and well-furnished with all the comforts of home. Underground parking was included and a huge plus.

Stayed for 1 month and would both recommend to others and personally stay again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

This is our second stay. The condo is quiet, well furnished, and comfortable, with a fully-equipped kitchen. The ocean is a 5 minute walk away, for easy access to sunsets, beaches, and the seal colony. The location is great: 2 minutes for shopping at grocery/drug store/ wine/beer. Restaurants galore, 2-10 minutes away (walking); not much longer to banks and other shopping (bookstore, hardware store, clothes, etc.). We hardly need a car. We highly recommend it. We very much enjoy it and hope to return to it next year.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
