We Provided Maintenance for You!

We arrived at night, so everything looked nice and new, except for the worn out carpets and cracked floors. On arrival night, the refrigerator was not working, took a couple of days to figure out - thank goodness it was cold outside, so we stored everything outside in the coolers we brought; leaky kitchen faucet; toilet pipping broke and flooded downstairs bathroom; cable kept disconnecting in downstairs main bedroom; one stove burner did not work; tried to open kitchen window and ended with lever in hand; dishwasher is poor quality - had to run dishes twice. The management company was extremely helpful and were there immediately, but the owner does not maintain the place. Walls were dirty, ceilings had spots.
Owner's Response: We are very sorry to hear that your stay was not so pleasant. We have owned this property for twenty years and we have taken pride in maintaining it at high standards that is why we have some repeat clients also. We had it completely rehabed ten years ago, we make one trip every year to update bedding, kitchen stuff etc. We have a good property management company to look after our properties. They tackle the problems right away, sometimes it takes little longer being in the mountains. Toilet pipping breaking is something that cannot be prediagnosed. I will make sure that leaky kitchen faucet is fixed. Granite tiles crack easily and replacing these are not easy even if we can find exact matching tiles. We were not aware of torn carpet except couple of steps in the stairs which is also due to cracked granite. It is very high quality carpet but light color shows stains or any wear marks butwe will definitely look into that. Cable provider is Comcast which is considered best cable and internet provider nationwide. We will make another trip next month and make sure we correct everything that is visible. If we can do anything to make up for your unpleaseant experience, please let us know.
Thanks
