This beautiful neighborhood home is pleasantly warm and inviting from the moment you walk through the door, with natural sunlight streaming through the windows and just a short walk to First Street Beach on Lake Michigan. Fully furnished kitchen, main floor laundry room and bathroom. First floor master bedroom with a queen size bed, upstairs bedroom with two queen size beds, and open loft area with two queen size futons. Ceiling fans and Cable TV in bedrooms and living room. Historical piano in the living room, owners grandfather composed 'Hail Manistee' the high school fight song (Note: Piano may be enjoyed, but is not a toy for children. May be out of tune). Boat launch, fish cleaning station and 3 playgrounds located at the First Street Beach. Two blocks from downtown Manistee and the Riverwalk where you can enjoy dining, shopping, antiquing and local ice cream in the Victorian business district.
