Villa 69s is situated on the 1st terrace giving fabulous views of the Andelutthian village of Cala Torret and Binnibecca beyond A newly built 4 bed 3 bath luxury villa, where the emphasis is on space for easy family living. Built on a 1500 metre (1/4 acre) plot and overlooking the sea, the villa boasts a 14 metre pool and a pool terrace which faces south / west providing elevated views and a spectacular setting for Mediterranean sunsets. The villa is airy and has a large farmhouse kitchen, which in turn leads onto a full length covered terrace complete with barbeque for poolside dining. The beautifully proportioned (24x15ft) lounge is styled in a modern and contemporary manner and is fitted with Sky TV video and DVD. Plenty of videos and DVDs are in the house for family entertainment. All 4 bedrooms are configured as twin rooms. 2 have en suite bathrooms whilst 2 bedrooms share a 3rd family bathroom. All bathrooms have full bath with fitted shower.

On the south east tip of Menorca lays Binebeca (Cala Torret) which is famous as the islands quintessential picture postcard village, also playing host to one of the safest and picturesque beaches on the island. 3 km to the east is Punter Prima which has plenty of activities for children, including archery crazy golf and pool, whilst to the west there is a ready supply of bars and family orientated activities. The town of St Lluis is 5 minutes away by car, and has 2 large supermarkets, a sports centre go carting and pony and trap racing. 5 minutes further on is Mahon, the islands capital, where lots of shopping awaits. The Friday market is one of the busiest and most colourful Mediterranean markets, sometimes bursting out of the central square and on to the port side pavements. There is also a lot of British history / architecture on display in Mahon, as it once sat at the centre of British Mediterranean interests. There are daily boat trips also from the port, as well as sailing.

I am writing this on behalf of our family, 4 adults and three grandchildren. We have spent 20 years in Minorca at different times mostly in villas. I would say this is the best villa we have used. We wanted for nothing at all - property was clean, very well maintained and just as described by the owners information. Thank you to them. Binibeca/Calla Torret has always been my favourite place to stay and still is. "Resturant Carmen" on the sea front is our favourite. Carmen herself does the cooking! We have frequented other eating places but we prefer this one. Menus are varied, Friendliness in abundance and everywhere is very clean. gail

We are a large family with children aged 8-18, and found the villa met the needs of the whole family. It was luxurious yet homely and beatifully furnished. It had a highly maintained garden which was the perfect place for us to relax on an evening along with the ocean view terrace. The over-sized pool kept the children amused with Binibecca beach also just a 5-10 minute walk away. The villa and it's location proved to provide us with the perfect combination of relaxation and fun.
