This is a large & pleasant town home in the secluded Sunset Ridge subdivision located in the near northwest, just north of the Tucson Mall. Golf, tennis, the post office, and hiking are all near by. It's not far from a commercial area along Oracle Road & Orange Grove. The heated community pool & hot tub are located just a short walk from the patio. There is also an exercise room available for your use.
