Cape style home with first floor master overlooking Nantucket Sound. Amazing Views. The beach is Merkle Beach, right next to Wychmere's beach, so you know the walk. They walk down Snow Inn Road and there is a boardwalk path that leads down to the beach. Walk to town. A/C units in Master bedroom and upstairs bedroom. NO SMOKING! NO PETS!
