Ground floor, 3 double bedroom, 2 bathroom, 110 sq meter apartment in Siesta, Santa Eulalia. Very spacious, sleeps 6-8 people, 2 in each of the 3 bedrooms & 2 cots on request. It is located literally 30 seconds from the sandy, shallow beach & directly next door to the 5 star Grand Hotel Palladium Spa Resort. There is a large communal pool area which has a pool bar and an al-fresco Italian restaurant. The apartment has been refurbished to a very high standard and is extremely well equipped. In addition to the 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms there is a large open plan kitchen / living / dinning area leading to a shaded terrace. There are a selection of bars & restaurants together with a small supermarket within less than a minutes walk from the apartment. The town centre of Santa Eulalia is just a 10 minute walk. Here you will find 2 more large sandy beaches and a marina, a food market as well as supermarkets & many bars, cafes and restaurants.

The apartment is very conveniently located 20 meters from Siesta beachfront. Siesta is a quiet family area of Santa Eulalia with low rise apartments and hotels. There is a selection of restaurants, bars and small shops within Siesta, with a wider variety to be found 10 minutes walk away in the town centre of Santa Eulalia where shopping is very good.

Just returned from 2 weeks in this apartment and had a fantastic holiday. 4 of us - (2 adults, 1 x 16 year old, 1 x 14 year old) perfect location. Apartment clean, spacious and well equipped and owners made it clear they were available if we required any information. Pool area and pool bar are brilliant. Apartment complex is well looked after. Found few restaurants locally which we loved, but if not to everyone's taste there are loads of restaurants/cafes centre itself which is only 10 min walk. Lots of entertainment in the evening. Could not recommend this apartment and resort highly enough.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Worth a stay

We stayed at the apartment during October, and we used the pool most days. The photos are an accurate picture of the apartment, but don't reflect the lovely greenery around the outdoor seating area.

The apartment is just a short walk to the beach and you can leisurely walk into St Eulalia in 15 minutes, for a selection of bars and restaurants.

The apartment was clean and presented lovely with good quality linen and towels, a few toiletries and other bits. All the rooms are a good size, and it was certainly worth having a second bathroom.

There's a mini supermarket just 5 minutes walk away.

Kids loved it and we're planning to go again!!

Great value for money.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
