Our new 3 bed 2 bath condo is at Club Cortile Resort, a brand new luxury gated resort with a 4,000 sq ft clubhouse, community pool with jacuzzi, tennis court, fitness centre, movie theatre, internet room and kids playground. Perfect location just 4 miles from Disney and in a quiet new road set back from the 192 and to the north side of Seven Dwarfs Lane a new, quiet and attractive road. The open plan design creates a spacious tastefully furnished living area in which to read, watch TV or a DVD or simply relax and leads out through patio doors onto a screened porch with table and chairs overlooking a quiet wooded area. The comfortable sofa converts into a third double bed. Adjacent to the living area is a separate dining area for family meals. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances including cooker, cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. All crockery, cutlery, glassware and pots and pans are provided.

Car: necessary
Disney World itself is only a short drive, 10 minutes. The Club Cortile Complex is right next to the US 192 and this road takes straight in to Disney. Old Town Disney is on the US 192 which is a few minutes drive. You can walk to Old Town if you wish. Universal Studios & International Drive are about 20 minute drive. Florida Shopping Mall also is about 20 minutes drive and the Prime Shopping outlet is about the same distance. On the US 192 there are many restaurants: steak houses, seafood, fast food and Chinese. If you are a seafood lover we highly recommend Joe's Crab Shack. There are plenty of breakfast buffet restaurants (all you can eat for around $2.99). 2 mins away is the famous Walmart supermarket (which in the UK is part of Asda but much cheaper!). They sell everything and are open 24 hours! On the corner of our road which is called Seven Dwarf Lane there is a waffle house which is open from early morning to late at night.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
    A £50 Holding Deposit in the event of any undisclosed breakages or losses is required and will be refunded after the unit has been checked.
    There is also a £100 Reservation Deposit paid on reservation. This amount will come off the total amount due, which then should be paid 2 months prior to the arrival date.
    For example if your total rental amount for 2 weeks is £700 then having paid a £100 Reservation Deposit the balance would be £600 to pay 2 months prior to arrival.
    Stays of any duration greater than 5 days are accepted with no fixed start or end days of stays, with prices calculated on an equivalent daily basis.
    Stays of 3 or more weeks will be given a discount.
    Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
    Prices are inclusive of Tax.
    Payments can be by Cheque, PayPal or internet banking to a UK or USA bank account.

Great Condo, great location

The condo was in great condition, the beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms size is perfect, the kitchen was fully equipped and the internet connection was very fast. Also the club administrators were very kind and polite as well as the owners. The location is very close to the main streets and just a couple of minute from restaurants and supermarkets. I recommended this place to people that like to rest and shopping at outlet malls.

i occupy this property with my family in the month of august 2009 .The listing description was accurate regarding the location, layout, amenities to make it easy to reach the place. The property was very clean, well maintained, well furnished in every area of the apartment giving comfort to the hole family. The owner and the reception in the club did provide good customer service. I do recommend this property to friends, relatives and any one looking for a nice holiday in Florida.We like the activities close by this place in Kissimmee and orlando like Disney world and other intertainment parks, the shopping malls like Prime outlet, flee markets, super market like wall mart, restaurants ( however we dislike that the restaurants close at 10 pm not acceptable in a touristic place ).

Something for everyone

First timers to Florida UK

The success of our first holiday in Florida (family of 4) was greatly enhanced by this Club Cortile condo (the automator marker only dates back to Jan 2008, but the stay was Aug 2007). The rooms were clean, spacious, furniture comfortable, with aircon, new fittings and everything you need for easy self-catering. The washing machine, cooker, microwave, dryer, 2 TV's, large fridge with icemaker and other equipment were good to use. There was internet access in the house and the owners were very helpful to us.
The resort is in a quiet position via a gated entrance for safety. The Clubhouse swimming pool, jacuzzi and tennis court enjoys a lovely outlook over a central lake with Estrelitcia flowers and a children’s play area by the side of the pool. The Club house has administrators to ask questions about the resort or the local area and has inside internet access, a small cinema and a fitness suite, which add to the amenities.
With a car the property is well situated for all the main attractions in Orlando, convenient for Kennedy Space Centre, Coco Beach and Daytona and on the East coast and Busch Gardens and Tampa on the West cost, accessible via the main Interstate 4 highway nearby and other main roads. For access to theme Parks in Orlando this property is hard to beat. Public transport was not used, but the nearby main road 192 seemed to be well served with buses.
Local Town Kissimmee has some historical buildings and nearby Lake Tohopekaliga is tranquil where we saw various wild birds and also a Beaver.

The property and position is highly recommended in central Florida and very close to Theme Parks and countryside.

Fantastic new property ideal location close to all attractions shops and places to eat/drink.Very spacious clean with full range of modern appliances ie fully equipped kitchen and laundry.The owner is very helpful he supplies good clear directions which is very easy to find we had a lovely two weeks and have already made a further reservation later this year great place to stay and can highly recommend this property if you want a little luxury in Florida
P.S the master bedroom has a huge super king size bed so make sure you make your claim when you arrive.A big thankyou to the owner for giving us the opportunity to stay is the wonderful house. Kris and Julie
