The success of our first holiday in Florida (family of 4) was greatly enhanced by this Club Cortile condo (the automator marker only dates back to Jan 2008, but the stay was Aug 2007). The rooms were clean, spacious, furniture comfortable, with aircon, new fittings and everything you need for easy self-catering. The washing machine, cooker, microwave, dryer, 2 TV's, large fridge with icemaker and other equipment were good to use. There was internet access in the house and the owners were very helpful to us.
The resort is in a quiet position via a gated entrance for safety. The Clubhouse swimming pool, jacuzzi and tennis court enjoys a lovely outlook over a central lake with Estrelitcia flowers and a children’s play area by the side of the pool. The Club house has administrators to ask questions about the resort or the local area and has inside internet access, a small cinema and a fitness suite, which add to the amenities.
With a car the property is well situated for all the main attractions in Orlando, convenient for Kennedy Space Centre, Coco Beach and Daytona and on the East coast and Busch Gardens and Tampa on the West cost, accessible via the main Interstate 4 highway nearby and other main roads. For access to theme Parks in Orlando this property is hard to beat. Public transport was not used, but the nearby main road 192 seemed to be well served with buses.
Local Town Kissimmee has some historical buildings and nearby Lake Tohopekaliga is tranquil where we saw various wild birds and also a Beaver.
The property and position is highly recommended in central Florida and very close to Theme Parks and countryside.
