It is situated close to the centre of Los Gigantes and Puerto Santiago, with sea views of the majestic cliffs you will see featured in guide books, and a view of part of La Gomera. The apartment has a full size heated pool,and is within walking distance of a variety of amenities of restaurants and shops. Private underground parking. Los Gigantes with its warm climate and stunning scenery has a nice and relaxing feel that is second to none. The villages of Los Gigantes and Puerto Santiago have a multitude of fine restaurants, many offering fresh seafood and meat dishes. There are a number of supermarkets and banks. At the marina there is a diving and sailing school, as well as boat trips to see the famous dolphins and sea life. What to do when you get there besides sunning yourself by the pool or on the balcony, Go to the beach a gentle stroll down the hill and enjoy the black volcanic sand. See the boats in the marina adjacent to the beach. Enjoy a meal in the cafes or restaurants overlooking the marina or beaches, perhaps the local fresh fish. Go to Loro Parque and see the whales perform and dolphins and seals and sea lions, go to water park, get a boat to La Gomera one day, or just relax. All local amenities are within 10 minutes walking distance of the apartment. Local shops and restaurants are within 3 minutes walk.

What can I say? Except that this is indeed a lovely apartment in a small and extremely well-tended complex. The complex and the apartment itself were spotlessly clean, the apartment was well furnished and was exactly how it had been described by Tony the owner.

We were lucky enough to stay there for a whole month from around mid January 2007 and found it to be one of the most relaxing and enjoyable holidays we have ever had.

Tony's customer service was special - both before,during and even after the holiday was over - and I have nothing but praise for the way he looked after us. Nothing was too much trouble and he went out of his way to ensure that everything was just right.

I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the Los Gigantes area in general and especially this apartment to any of our relatives and friends.

Indeed, we enjoyed the whole experience so much that we have re-booked the apartment for another month from mid January 2009.

Perfect family holiday

We booked direct with Tony, and spent a long weekend in the apartment in November 2008.(travelled with another couple)It was an absolutely faultless break-.We just fell in love with the place.The apartment was spotless, and had everything we needed, and more- some nice little touches like books/ dvds left there for our use.The two bathrooms is great,- cuts down on time getting ready, (and great if you want a bit of privacy from children / friends)The complex is so private,and secure - ideal for families with children. There is a good little supermarket just a short stroll down the hill from the complex, where you can buy almost anything you need.The reception staff are very helpful, and the locals in the area are really friendly.There are loads of restaurants to choose from - really recommend a visit to El Meson- very good fun!, and great food.The Highland Paddy pub/ karaoke bar is a great fun spot, and the staff are really friendly.
To top it all the weather was divine. Tony, the owner, was extremely helpful, he arranged transport from the airport for us, and nothing was too much trouble- we would recommend this apartment /complex /area 100% - so much so that we are returning for a two week holiday in June 2009, with our children.
There are some lovely walks, beach not too far, and day trips can be arranged if required.The only downside is the hills if you arent fit, or have a disability- but there are taxi's!!

all you could want from a holiday. The apartment and the complex were spotless. A wonderful setting with plenty of good eating venues all around. Ideal for a family holiday but also great for a couple , young or old who don't want the disco ala spain.
The service and help Tony gave and advice on choosing the flights saved us.
Plenty to do with or without a car.
Already booked to go back for 2009.
Can't stay away.

July 2008. This was our 2nd stay at the apartment. Once again we were really impressed. The apartment is very well equipped. Very clean complex. Lovely resort. Tony the owner is very helpful.

Really good place

We stayed for a week in February half-term holidays with our six-year old son. The apartment is exactly how it is described in the advert - clean & very well equiped, especially in the kitchen and it was great to have access to some English TV and a DVD to keep our son amused when we needed to. Nice views from the balcony. The pool was good and never crowded, it was heated, even so in Feb it was a bit cold to stay in for too long. Staff at the complex were all really friendly and helpful and the owner was exceptionally helpful to ensure everything was OK. Common faults in this part of the world such as the electrics popping were dealt with quickly. It was easy to drive around once you got the knack of the one-way system and having a car parking space under the apartments was handy. We were a bit lost within the complex when we arrived cos there aren't many signposts, but got our bearings by day two!
The resort is full of decent places to eat and the nearest supermarket is right at the back of the apartments. The beach in Los Gigantes is a bit of a hike and the hill back home is quite steep for the walk back. A lovely alternative is the walk along the coast to the neighbouring Playa de la Arena where the beach is bigger with good facilities. You can get a taxi home for a few Euros. I would definately recommend this property to a friend, with the only warnings that the hill is steep if you're unfit and that there will be a bit of traffic noise in one of the bedrooms if you're a light sleeper. Los Gigantes and Tenerife in general are lovely places to visit especially to escape the British winter. The nearly beaches and waves are great and the tourist attractions; Loro Parque, Las Aguilas, Monkey Park, Mt Teide are all good days out.
