Satellite Beach Condo Rental Photos and Description
Condo, 1 Bedroom + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath, (Sleeps 2-4)
Make yourself feel right at home in one of the nicest units in Satellite beach! We spent months renovating our second home from top to bottom with very stylish furniture and décor. Wake up well rested after sleeping on our brand new Sterns & Foster luxury queen bed.
Our condo has an incredible view of the Atlantic, is just steps from the sand and is perfect for a romantic getaway, a small family vacation or a longer escape from the snow. This stretch of beach is practically private with no public access in immediate vicinity, and it has some of the best fishing and surfing in all of Brevard County.
You will love the laid-back atmosphere and the proximity to all the amenities located within 1 mile of our unit such as Publix grocery store, Walgreens, Movie Theater, video store and surf shops.

About The Owner
Summer 2013...both boys are growing like weeds and have a blast at the beach when the condo is not booked. We are very blessed! Our condo in Satellite beach is where we get away from it all and we love to share it w/ guests. We enjoy being hosts and always welcome calls for recommendations. As a lifelong Floridian and avid traveler... I know this state as well as anyone, so if you are interested in exploring other parts, please don't hesitate to ask questions.
The Owner purchased this condo in 2005
Why The Owner chose Satellite Beach
We love Satellite, it's quiet and right in the heart of Brevard County. Tons of fun activities w/ in a short distance.
What makes this condo unique
The Sand Castle property was developed in the late 60's and is closer to the water than most condo's in Brevard county. It also sits on 2.5 acres of land, with only 39 units total, so you get a wide open feel and great views. The parcel of land to the immediate south is undeveloped and owned by the city/county w/ plans for a park in the future.
