Recently decorated home has an ideal layout with 2 very large bedrooms on the ground floor; queen master bedroom and bath and second bedroom with 3 twins, a couch, tv and wetbar. Both bedrooms have sliding doors leading to the screened-in porch where you can view the peaceful bay as well as the boats passing by from the canal. Laundry facilities are on ground floor. Upstairs are 2 more good size bedrooms (queen and twins) and a full bathroom. Enjoy the great room with 2 large reclining sofas, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The great room has 3 sliding doors leading to the large wrap-around deck. Phenomenal views of the bay!!! A perfect home in established and quiet neighborhood of Caine Woods for one or two families with lots of room to relax and enjoy the views from both floors.

It will be difficult to decide if you want to sleep on the ground floor or upstairs. If you choose the ground floor, your bedrooms open with sliding doors to a huge screened in porch with phenomenal views of the bay. In the porch is a couch, chairs and large table to relax at and enjoy your lunch or dinner with a lovely glass of lemonade or wine. If you desire the upstairs bedrooms, you are convenient to the kitchen and great room. So, grab your coffee and look out at the sweeping panoramic views of the bay from the 2nd floor wrap around deck. With 3 sliders to the deck, you can enjoy the views from the couches or dining room as well. The sunsets are gorgeous, words cannot truly describe the colors, hues and beauty.

We are a family of 5, but all the kids are grown and spread around the U.S. We have been coming to Ocean City for many years and decided to buy to make our presence more permanent.

Double waterfront property, located on a corner lot facing the bay and a canal. Short walk to the ocean. Lots of mini golf, restaurants, shopping. Pontoon boats and wave runners available to rent nearby. We have a dock and boat lift and 125' of waterfront so you can have a cocktail and watch the sunset on the wrap around deck or in the screened porch.

Very well kept house right on the calm bayside. About a 20 minute walk to the ocean beach. My favorite part was enjoying sunsets on the upstairs deck.

Absolutely amazing! From the accomodations, scenic bay views, short walks to the beach, you will come away from this summer with smiles on your face :) This has been the first summer vacation that we absolutely hated to leave. If your looking for a vacation stay On the bay is where you want to be. You won't be disappointed.

Our family had a great time. Your house is perfect and so easy to vacation in. We reluctantly left Saturday wishing we could have stayed another week or two.

Kids loved the beach and the Pirate boat from Harpoon Hannahs. Ahoy Matey! Fun times doing mini golf and a walk along the boardwalk for fried oreos.

The house is so peaceful and the setting perfect. Watching sunsets with our cocktails was a highlight. Each night the colors were so vibrant and different from one to the other.

Thanks for a super week. Would highly recommend your lovely home to anyone who wants a ideal location with all the extras.

Little slice of heaven

What a wonderful home to stay in. All was very welcoming, open, spacious and beautiful. We loved eating dinner on the balcony every night and then watching the sunsets. One evening there was a terrific lightening storm and we watched the light show from the screened porch; mezmerising. Loved the open plan living room with the cathedral ceiling and the four bedrooms were comfy and nice and big. The kitchen had all we could want and was easy to work in.

We walked every day to the beach. Enormous, fun waves and the beach was not crowded and was very clean. The Crab Bag for dinner was one of our favorites!!!

Enjoyed our stay so much. Thank you for sharing your gorgeous home with us. Hope to return next year.
