Perfect for a romantic weekend, a family holiday, or a fun get-together with friends, Villa La Sousta is a charming village house that has been modernized in great style and taste. The interior is light, tranquil and luxuriously appointed. The upper level consists of lounge/dining area equipped with Bang & Olufsen home entertainment system, fully equipped kitchen, and master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Two balconies provide beautiful views to St Paul de Vence and the perfect place to enjoy breakfast or pre-dinner drinks. The lower level comprises 2 double bedrooms, plus a further bedroom with bunk beds suitable for adults or children, a family bathroom and separate cloakroom. A laundry/summer kitchen is also located on the lower level. The garden is a beautifully planted oasis, with heated spa/jacuzzi pool, and plentiful sun-loungers on their own deck (with shower). There is a gas bbq, and some delightful spots to wine and dine alfresco.

  • Prices are per week, and include: rental, electricity, water and gas, bed linen, one set of bath and pool towels per person, welcome basket, weekly maid service, weekly pool maintenance and access to a local manager.
    • Price on application for part weeks.
    • Special deals available on rentals of 3+ weeks.
    • A deposit of 30% of the rental value will be requested on booking.
    • The payment of the balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
    • A security deposit of EUR 1,000 is requested prior to arrival. Security deposit will be refunded within 14 days of departure date, subject to any damages made.
    • Payment is requested via bank transfer.
  • ARRIVAL TIME: After 4pm on 1st day of rental. DEPARTURE TIME: 10am on departure day (unless prior arrangement is made). • During high season change-over day is Saturday; during mid and low season change-over day may be negotiable.

La Sousta is a 2-storey house, with the main living area enjoying the best views from upstairs. • There is parking for 2 cars in front of the property. • The Villa is accessed from street level up steps through the garden. There is also pedestrian access from the back gate into the village. • The spa pool is approximately 8’x15’, and has both jacuzzi jets and jets that you can swim against for exercise. • The garden is tiered, and provides lovely spaces for the pool area, sunbathing deck and barbecue and outdoor dining area. • A welcome basket will await you on arrival, and our local manager will greet you and be available throughout your stay, should you require any assistance.

Additional Services:: Please let us know if we can do anything to make your stay more comfortable. We are able to arrange a variety of additional services, such as: airport transfers; grocery delivery; catering; excursions with a driver; additional maid services (ie daily); additional towels or linen changes etc. Prices upon request.

Please note:: The property features a glass and stainless steel spiral staircase, which is not gated and may be difficult for the elderly/infirm and for those with small children. • Although the pool is alarmed with motion detectors, it is unfenced. Therefore, again, we would not recommend this property to families with small children.

Exacty as described - a luxury villa. Tastefully decorated with all the latest mod cons.

Fantastic views of St Paul Du Vence out of bedroom window and a 3 minute walk out of a back gate into the little village of Colle sur Loup. Gorgous fresh bread every morning.

Heated spa pool so could be used day or night.

Great position near to Nice airport, but also only 20 minute drive to Cap D'Antibes. Found lovely private beach in Garoupe Bay.

Would definitely recommend this property to friends.

Wonderful, relaxing villa in a fabulous location

Many thanks for a wonderful stay at La Sousta. We girls loved the White Company linens/towels and the kitchen full of everything possibly needed...the boys loved the barbeque and the Bang&Olufsen gear and the summer kitchen with access to beer....we all loved the location, the amazing views, the coolness of the villa, comfy beds and the beautiful decor. La Colle Sur Loup is a lovely little village with restaurants and shops & we dined at the L'Abbaye restaurant which is recommended for a special meal or celebration. We had easy day trips to Cannes, Monaco and Vence. Unlike a previous reviewer, we found the villa gardens to be private enough, especially given the added convenience of then being able to walk within minutes to the village for bread and croissants in the morning. The plunge pool is fab and there are lots of different sitting areas, in the shade or in the sun, with high quality garden furniture. Furthermore, the locking up of the house only took a few mins & didn't bother us at all. We shall return and will recommend. Thank you!

Beautiful Villa

La Sousta is a well kept villa which is convenient to many different towns and villages in the cote d' azur. If you seek privacy then this would be too close to other properties. If you seek a place which is modern as well as having some traditional touches than it's perfect. The view of St. Paul de Vence from the property is fantastic. The tiny village which is literally outside of the back door is very quaint with many shops, restaurants, etc. If you are content with just hanging around and not travelling too far. St. Paul de Vence is a 5 minute drive from the property, so you could do things which are quite close to the property. We vistited Monaco, St. Jean Cap de Ferrat, Cannes, and many other small towns in a week.
My only disappointment would be that everything has to be locked up every time you leave the property. As the property is on two levels, this made for extra time being set aside to do so. We were a family of five, two adults and three children (7, 9, 11). I would absolutely recommend this property to a friend. I think that if there was a rating between good and excellent, I would go with a 4.5.

Wonderful villa and great location

Where to start. The house is just lovely. It is comfortable and luxurious all at once, with everything you could need in a holiday home. The sitting room makes a great place to relax and chat while the small pool keeps the little ones amused. The new BBQ is also fantastic and easy to use. You can walk into the village in 5 minutes and yet aren't disturbed by noise or any busy roads. One or my favourite things to do was have breakfast with the stunning vista in the background. An ideal place to base yourself to get around, with Nice airport 15 minutes away, yet Antibes and its beaches about 20 minutes the other way. I would also definitely recommend a trip to St Paul de Vence (only 5 minutes drive) for its picturesque setting and lovely restaurants. All in all a wonderful and relaxing place for families or couples.
